Dejligt hotel

Et dejligt hotel, værelserne er små til en familie med to børn. Område har en lægger strand men ellers ikke så meget andet. Men stadigvæk et sted jeg gerne vil anbefalde til andre. Hotellet har en god stor pool med en super vandrutsjebande til mindre børn...

Rigtig god oplevelse - fantastisk service både fra ledelse og reception. Unik beliggenhed ved stranden med flotte udsigter.

Boede en uge på Dolphin Bay. Alt fungerede fint - værelserne var i orden og service orienteret personale og ledelse bidrog til en god ferie. Hotellet ligger fantastisk flot med værelserne spredt ud på bjergsiden som giver unik udsigt ud over hav og strand. Stranden er flot med sandbund og smukt vand. Stor og dejlig pool med ny vandrutchebane. Morgenmads buffeten er i orden med blandt andet frisk frugt. Hotellet anbefales varmt til venner og familie som og har reserveret ferie i den kommende sommer.

Rude man on reception

Spent a couple of nights here whilst Island hopping. Stay did not begin well as man on reception made us wait for a long time on checking in and was then rude and provided no information or offer of assistance with our bags. Room big and clean but the bedside table was hanging off the wall and there was a hole in the wall. Pool large and hotel near to beach and other staff friendly. We had an early departure but none of our group had been informed they were opening the breakfast area for us before we left, so we all went without as our cabs had arrived.

Nice hotel with angry reception desk

We spent 3nights here,and it was very enjoyable. The rooms are nice, great sea views and a lovely pool. The breakfast was plentiful with good choices. The lounge area was comfortable and very attractive. Almost all the staff were very friendly with the exception of the front desk, who all seemed angry and miserable. These people are your first point of contact, and they do not give a good impression. They all need some training. Overall a good stay, made better by the young pool staff but spoiled by the reception desk.

Excellent place for bed and breakfast stay

The hotel is in an excellent position on the edge of a beautiful bay. The rooms are scattered in around a dozen blocks up a hillside, but there are lifts. We were in the top tier which provided excellent views of the sea and town. There is a large pool, which despite being in scorching sun all day, somehow contrives to be colder than the sea that is thirty seconds walk away. I would swim in sea and use pool area for drying and sunbathing. Rooms are large and very well appointed and staff we met friendly and helpful. There are other reviews commenting on the food, the breakfasts are ok mass catering affairs. I would not stay for evening meals as there are some excellent restaurants in town, Savvas and Benoit recommended as well as the cafe across the road for daytime snacks. The hotel is definitely recommended as the place to stay in Galissas.
