A true Boutique Hotel in lovely Malaga

The Soho Boutique Colon is a true boutique hotel. It is in a nicely refurbished old, typical Malaguena town house that is close to the old town. I really liked my nice, decent-sized and well decorated room. Also all the staff was super-friendly and attentive. Everything worked as expected and I could not find anything really wrong with it. The only small downside is that the breakfast room is in a windowless basement. And yes, a pool would have been nice as well...

Great hotel in a perfect position

The room was very comfortable and loved the bidet toilet, the access to the bathroom and great lighting. The room service was excellent, but most of all, the position of the hotel was great to access old and new town.

Very cozy boutique hotel in the center of Malaga

Had 2 days at this lovely hotel, where we had a nice and really nicely renovated room on a corner with 2 balcony doors. The hotel has a cozy little breakfast restaurant in the basement with exquisite products. It is clear that it is part of the Michelin restaurant, which is located on the ground floor. And really nice staff.

One to avoid

We only stayed 1 night before flying home and we were very pleased it was only 1 night- we got bitten badly overnight. The shower had tape to keep the shower head on which didn’t work. The cleaners closet was next door and they weren’t quiet. My husband did not sleep well. For €157 a night felt like a rip off. The only reason for 3 stars was for the location to the town, harbour and metro.

Great experience for business and not only

My experience was almost excellent. Great hotel/establishment, amenities/services provided, very clean, helpful and polite staff, and in an excellent location within walking distance from the city center.
