First time I am came to urban sip Bar, amazing atmosphere, great staff that are ready to engage, perfect hospitality, thank you to Fernanda the hostess who welcomed us in a professional way, this very recommended bar.

500 Qar Parking Violation Fine!

Hotels supposed to have signs where to park and where not to park, or even advising the hotel guards to atleast mention it to the incoming guest, too bad they didn't almost 20 cars at the front got violations for illegal parking. We mentioned the matter to the personnel at the front desk they didn't or can't do nothing about it. Goodbye 500 Qar! So freaking bad experience, too bad..

Iftar Buffet in The Grand Lux

My review is for Iftar Buffet few days ago in The Grand Lux Hotel. Spice Route Restaurant is the main restaurant in this hotel, located in the ground floor opposite the reception. Well, my friends and I booked for Ramadan Iftar Buffet. Had to arrange with Sanam, the manager of the restaurant. We had 4 adjacent tables. Hotel location is perfect but lack car parking, basemen is full. Our main visit is getting together plus a farewell party for our colleagues Esam leaving us for good. Big variety of main courses mainly rice with lamb, fish sayadia, BBQ, Lamb kadai, okra and many others. Great appetizers, salads and desserts. Dates as well. No water on tables. The drinks is so average. Qamar dine juice don't belong to Qamar dine at all. Overall, a great experience meeting many friends in Ramadan. Friendly staff and good offer. Thank you all.

Very Bad Hotel

.5 not even 1. Very bad housekeeping, room service up to the front desk/ reception staff. From time to time I book for staycation to help me relax after a tiring week but I didn’t expect such a terrible service ever! I waited for ages until they gave what I want!
