Wonderful hotel and location

Stayed at the Cordial Marina appartments for a 10 night holiday. We stayed in one bed appartment overlooking the pool, room no 224 and this had everything you could want for short holiday. The pool area is fabulous it's so very quiet with plenty of sun beds. We have stayed in Playa Blanca on numerous occasions and this is the very best located hotel for eating out, walking etc. We would like say a very big thankyou to all the staff especially Alberto on reception. We will be booking again for next year.

This is one awesome place to stay

What a beautiful and spotless hotel. Just beautiful, with a massive pool which, if you have mobility issues, this is the pool for you, so easy to just walk in and out. The whole area was so flat, again, perfect for mobility issues. The elderly gentleman lifeguard is a credit to the hotel, he is so proud of the pool area and is extremely helpful. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, Daniel had only started on the reception when we arrived, 03/09/23, but you can tell straight away he is going to be an asset to the hotel, especially with his smile and helpful manner. Room 113 was wonderful, great view and had plenty of room for my wheelchair, even the adapted shower cubicle was spot on. The room has everything you need, a wee home from home. Like people have said, there is no music or pool games, but for my husband and I , that was perfect. Peace and quiet every day, just perfection. I would say what we noticed the end of our second week was that the age group was mostly 50 years old and over, again, perfect for what we wanted. Marina is beautiful and has a vast array of restaurants to choose from. This was our first time in Lanzarote, certainly not our last. My husband and I did a boat trip, ON OUR OWN 🌈, we hired an electric motor boat down at the marina, there is a wee kiosk there with a lovely lady to give you all the advice you need, something we have never done before, it was actually the highlight of our 2 week holiday. You don’t need a license and I was able to get onto the boat and off again in my wheelchair. Hat’s off to All the staff at this hotel, you are all a credit to this place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great holiday, quiet and relaxing.

The hotel was really great, very clean, modern, great pool with loads of spare sunbeds at all times, grounds well met, rooms clean fresh and comfy. Great WiFi! Close to the marina end of playa blanca. We went self catering and didn't eat anything in the hotel. Shops and supermarkets and great value restaurants nearby so could pick and choose what we fancied. What I would say as caution to others is that it is really quiet hotel. Some would say"dead" I guess. No bar, no reps, no entertainment, no pool games, no aquafit.. Peace and quiet! Small games room, small gym.. That's it. Perfect for what we wanted but not for everyone. Harbour area close by has great restaurants or a walk into the main town is about 20minutes or a 4 euro (ish) taxi ride. There's a taxi rank next to the shopping centre which we used when we didn't fancy walking. Went on timanfaya trip by the way which was great value for money and would recommend. Staff helpful and polite, can't criticise it at all.

Only writing review now as just booked again for Ocrober as didn't want it booked up before we booked. Everyting wonder

Everything great. Happy no entertainment at night no music during day wanted a relaxing family holiday Couple things when we go next time could do with quick lesson on air conditioning so we get it working correctly Only thing we would like to see improve especially cleaning of room it was not standard of rest of site. Site itself was cleanest we have been to. Receptionist all great but specil mention lady on receptionist couldn't been better exceptional and saved us money on taxi. Wanted to book taxi again for October how can I arrange Pool perfect quiet fun and relaxing lifeguard good kept place spotless but was on his phone alot!! Could the pool have lifeguard from 9am not 10am I like swimming and pool empty then so I do daily swim. Rating 5 ..should be 4.9 . Cleaners same standard as rest of hotel then 5. Booked also for next Easter already. Staff amazing cleaners of rooms slight improvement required. Overall hotel cleanest every been to. Loved it booked 2 more holidays there. Please keep it quiet and peaceful Excellent family holiday

I rated this 5 stars because of my personal experience coming to this resort 1st time. 1st like to mention Alberto the receptionist friendly helpful could not do more for you even arranged nice bottle carva and a happy birthday card when I returned back to my room so again thank you. 2. Rooms was clean daily except Thursday and Sundays which was fine fresh towels as you need them and clean bedding so well done cleaners who work hard daily in that heat smiling and always warm hello. 3.The lifeguard there started at 10 finish at 6 he walk the pool every minute day he pick Any rubbish he saw he put your umbrella up if needed he put it down if required he made sure the bins around pool were kept empty.Even though his English was not good he still spoke to every guest that was there I could go on but I personally wrote a letter to the manager I hope this was passed on as he is a huge credit to your hotel in keeping your guests happy around the pool made my holiday with his friendliest. 4.lots restaurants to eat at the marina or a walk to main resort with shops and restaurant there to only thing there did not seem to be many bars that you could go to without having to have food and ones that was there open later part day. I would definitely return back thank you give me lovely birthday and holiday.
