Good hotel, good all inclusive

Hotellet er et virkelig godt turist hotel. Gode rene værelser med aircondition der virker. Eneste anke er at bruse kabinen i bade værelset er for lille. Det er ikke bygget for Dansker. Det er så lille at det ikke var muligt at undgå at få badeforhænget op mellem ballerne når man vil undgår med at stå med maven op i blandingsbatteriet. Desværre trækker det ned. Vi havde valgt all inklusive og det var et godt valg. Morgenmaden er god med forskelige varme retter og brød. I alt ganske god morgen buffet. Middag og aften buffet er med varme retter og forskellige retter hver gang og rigtig god kvalitet. Maden er smagefuld og afvekslende. Eneste anke er man skal ikke bestille en madpakke. Vi gjorde det en gang og fik udleveret en sandwich bestående af 2 tørre stykker toastbrød der ikke var ristet intet smør og ost og skinke intet andet. Virkelig skuffende.

Can’t wait to return

We have recently returned from our honeymoon with all 4 of our children and also one of the children’s friends. We stayed at the sister hotel Alkionis but spent virtually every day at Albatross as we were all inclusive. The pool was lovely, we weee happy to pay for the sunbeds as we used as a base if we then wanted to nip to the beach and the food was brilliant. The outstanding thing for us was the amazing staff and management though, so friendly & attentive and one of the reasons we are booking to stay at the Albatross next year. We can’t wait to come back

Summer holiday

My daughter and myself had a delightful 2 weeks at the Albatros Hotel in Moraitika, Corfu. The hotel enjoys a beach front location and is set in beautiful, well kept gardens. The hotel was beautifully clean with regular changes of bedding and towels, we went all inclusive and each day at all of the mealtimes there was a generous selection of buffet style meals to suit all tastes. One of the biggest assets to the hotel just had to be the staff, from reception to dining room to their bistro, all just wanted to accommodate us with whatever we wanted in the friendliest and kindest way. The owners were also very keen to ensure that we were having a good holiday and I certainly would recommend this hotel, one downside was that there was a charge for the poolside sun lounges which I have not experienced in an all inclusive deal previously, however they were beautiful sun loungers, very comfortable so all in all my review could only be favourable even more so if they had installed a British flag out front along with all the other countries flags. Thank you Albatros we enjoyed.

Great location, nice pool and bar.

Stayed here for 4 nights in August and overall enjoyed our stay. The location is great, right on the beach and within walking distance of everything both Moraitika and Messonghi has to offer. Our room was pretty good and had a lovely sea view. The pool is great, not over crowded although charging for sun beds and parasols is a new one on me! Loved the beach bar... Really chilled spot. Food OK... Not great but a decent enough selection. We were half board but decided to eat out in Messonghi one night just for a change. All in all, pretty good and decent value for money.

Poor all-inclusive

Very dissapointing experience on the all-inclusive concept. Let me list a few negative items which are better in many other all-inclusive hotels I have stayed before in greece. -poor wifi, bad connection no internet in the room -poor instant coffee for all-inclusive guest. If you want a handmade cappucino you pay 3 euro - we stayed for 9 days and no gyros offered in the all-inclusive meals during lunch or diner so in total 18 chances. But hey one can buy it from the menu in the restaurant. - deck chairs were for SUNWEB guests inclusive reserved at the pool but towels for the deckchairs are only changed for fresh ones for 1 euro. This was a first timer experience! - the snack at two time slots per day are a joke, dry pastry, cucumber and tomato (yeah right!) - the quality and variety of the breakfast, lunch and diner is poor. - Positive is the ice cream - when one arrives around 08:00 after a 12 hours travel only a coffee is offered a breakfast which is open you can have if you pay. It is in line with the mentioning of starting point of all inclusive but it strikes me when leaving earlier and not consume but paid for lunch and diner that the ball allways runs away from the customer towards management/hotel. Not additional service as a courteay to the guest. -positive is that once checked out a voucher for lunch or diner is provided. So why not a breakfast?! That would be a positive experience. - Then a beer is for paying guest in large glasses for all inclusive one has to order two glasses (just stupid!) - positive is the friendly staff - it advertises with an award on the wall as a best hotel but this is not mine and other guest who we have spoken out opinion. All in all conclusion is not good value for money
