Hvis du trænger til at lade op og finde ro, så er EDEN det helt rigtige sted, med jungle bagved på bjergene, og de smukkeste solnedgange lige forand dig med havets brusen. Ren terapi!!! Personalet er super venlige og især hotel manager Jim er i særklasse. Mad og udsigt er simpelthen uovertruffen. Hotellet og udearealerne er i lækkert design, og alt er rent. De er dygtige i spa'en og det lille fitness har alt hvad du skal bruge. Masser af dyreliv, og så både havørne og farvestrålende sommerfugle. Stort tak til EDEN ❤ Thailand er paradis

Superb hotel, fabulous people

This hotel is superb and far exceeded our expectations. This was our first time in Thailand and we wanted a complete chill out and the Eden Beach provided us with just that. Room - we had the superior garden view room and it was spacious, comfortable and very clean - never saw a bug in the room all stay. Rooms are cleaned daily and towels and linen changed regularly. There is a fridge in the room and bottles of drinking water are provided free of charge each day plus a selection of soft drinks to purchase. Toiletries are provided inc. razor, shave foam, toothbrush & paste shower gel & shampoo etc. hairdryer, safety deposit box too. Plus robe, slip on shoes and a beach bag for your use during your stay - brilliant. Facilities - pool is one of the best we’ve experienced and cleaned daily, plenty of sun beds for everyone dotted around and for those preferring the beach lots of beds facing beach and sea. Only two towels per room daily was the only thing I would like to see changed as once they’re wet, they stay wet 😀. Breakfast was awesome with lots of choice for all nationalities giving us Brit’s the opportunity to step out of our comfort zone - can highly recommend the poached eggs though, just perfect. Two other restaurants provide an assorted menu and the food is honestly amazing - never had a bad meal or a bad tummy which is a first for me travelling long haul. Last but not least the staff - I have no words to thank the staff at the hotel enough for the levels of hospitality they provide to guests. From housekeeping to pool, bars, restaurants and reception, nothing was too much trouble and you are always met with a smile and a Sawadee kah. All in all brilliant hotel, fabulous food, amazing staff and as soon as we get home we are booking again for next year 🙏🙏

In paradise at the Eden Beach Resort and Spa

We had a fabulous sty at the Eden beach resort & spa. It is a wonderfully calm and relaxing place. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel is very clean, food is superb. Staff are particularly helpful and friendly. To note, upon arrival, our reservation seemed lost, but the reception manager not only managed to find us 2 adjacent rooms (we're a family of 5) although the hotel was full but he also upgraded us to 2 spectacular rooms. We loved it and highly recommend the hotel.

Disappointed

I stay there for 2 nights .The location of property is very nice. Beautiful beach. But I really disappointed since I checked in there. The staff was 1 step far from me but she called me to the desk to take welcome drink by myself. We got the room at 1st floor even though we already requested to stay in 2nd floor, when we got into the room , room was full of dust !! There were some garbage under the bed. I ask front desk to change the room. So I guest that were not our day . When I got into the 2nd room, the pillow were dirty, there was some stain and dark spot on it. I decide to text property admin . They text me sorry and thank you for feedback. But no one really take responsibility on this , no phone call from front desk to say sorry or someone came to change new pillow for us. I was very upset so I went to the beach and after that I came to room to take a shower but there no hot water in the bathroom , until check out we have no hot water. So disappointed !!

Eden is the correct name for this hotel

They arraigned for a lovely driver to take us from the airport to the hotel. Easy check in and they drove us to our comfy room. We only had 6 hrs to spend here and needed to sleep. They checked us in early. We slept, swam in the warm pool and ocean and had a delicious lunch. Oh , and had a cocktail at the swim up bar. Great service.
