Hotellet er meget enestående. Belligende højt over byen med en smuk udsigt over havnen og byen. Indgangen er en efterligning af 2 gamle kirker med stille orgelmusik. Kunstig vandfald inden i hotellet. Flere hyggelige steder at sidde og nyde en drink eller en øl. Koster lidt mere, men det er ganske ok i dette Ambiente.

Luxury hotel, friendly and well recommended

An outstanding holiday of top quality rooms, food and service. Everyone there made our holiday a wonderful unforgettable experience, we love Playa Blanca, but this was the icing on the cake! 5 star should be 6 star really. An absolutely fantastic time, so we will book again for certain. So go and see for yourself, you'll not be disappointed. Thank you Volcan and Livvo Group. From George and Elizabeth :)

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and great location

Second time we have stayed and was just as lovely. Great room with a small terrace. The hotel has a lovey feel, never feels to busy and you can always get a sun bed. Lots of choice at breakfast. Kids absolutely love the the kids club, for us being fewer children than some of the really family focused hotels means they get to know the other children better. They loved playing in the warm pool, where the lifeguard joined in with the games. Final thank you to the friendly staff and animation team. We will be back.

Impressive entrance

Impressive entrance to hotel staff friendly and helpful Rooms large and clean Overall a very nice hotel and would defiantly visit again We booked bed and breakfast which was ideal as it was lovely with a wide choice and freshly cooked eggs and omelettes to order and the marina is just a stones throw away with some nice restaurants. Only negative is finding a waitress at the poolside bar .

This truly is the gem of Lanzarote

From the moment you enter this hotel it is paradise. We were so fortunate to be placed in one of the Club Rooms overlooking the private area and all I can say is the experience was magical from start to finish. From the greeting at reception to the hotel staff this hotel deserves it star rating. Nothing is too much trouble and every member of staff greeted you with a wonderful smile and could not do enough for you. The Club area is a haven of peace and tranquility. To be so close to the Marina with its array of shops and fabulous restaurants you could ask no more. Breakfast was amazing, breads to die for but the selection was unapparelled in quality. Everything was just so chilled. We immediately said on the coach home we have to come back and true to our word we have booked for 2024 and gone all out with a Club room as we had been so spoilt. We have been to many hotels over the years where the star rating has been questionable but not with this hotel it lives up to its reputation in everyway. First time we have ever been to Lanzarote and this could not be a firm favourite to get away from the UK cold months. We looked at many hotels whilst out there on our various walks but nothing compared. The architecure of the hotel is wonderful, so many different nooks and crannies and is stunning. The entrance will take your breath away. Hotel Volcan thank you so much for making this such a special trip, continue to do what you do best and that is to make visitors feel so very special in everyway.
