Customer service when things go wrong

An unusual review but I wanted to express how fantastic the culture at La pita is when things go terribly wrong. We were supposed to be traveling to Dubai early nov and at check in one of our children was sadly denied boarding as his passport was only valid for another 5 months ( you need 6 months to travel to Dubai so always check) Our trip was cancelled and it was completely our fault which means we could have easily lost all the expenses we paid upfront for everything. We were less than 24 hours away from check in even less than 12 and going through the small print La pita had every right to cancel the booking and not refund any of the money. I’ve emailed to explain the situation and after a few phone calls and emails one of the managers there Kumar very kindly handled the situation and rebooked our room for a convenient time for us with absolutely no extra charge. They had every right to charge us again but they honestly were so understanding and sympathetic and it was a wonderful experience dealing with them. Once we finally got there the hotel and staff are all so lovely and accommodating. The hotel is very child friendly and all the staff are kind and patient towards small children which is what you need when on holiday. The food is fantastic and we would really like to thank Ramila and Paul who looked after us every evening, the whole Kalea team were fantastic Meecha, Imesha, Seinpay and roshan. They always asked us if we were happy and if we wanted anything. So much attention to detail to what we ordered and our drinks, the whole experience was wonderful. The concierge was also fantastic and the service and life guards at the pool. An overall great place for families and I would highly recommend it.

Wonderful

We visited for a pool day, which was outstanding value for money. We used the entertainer app which was by one get one free, our child was free and she had access to the soft play area. The hotel was beautiful, clean and the staff were so kind a d helpful, they couldn't do enough for us. We will definitely be coming back and telling all of our family and friends about this amazing hotel. Thank you for making our day amazing Lapita.

Kids Club 👍

We enjoyed the stay specially our daughter. Kids club is excellent, specially to the staff Tara, Judy, Sadeepa and Ojo. My daughter likes the face painting. 👍👍👍. Hotel is very much ok. This is our 3rd time here.

Amazing family resort in Dubai

Amazing resort , I am a repeat guest. Every time I stay here it gets better and better . I am an ambassador elite and lifetime platinum elite . Very comfortable stay with my family. Very close to river land which has food outlets with an amazing French village theming. Close to Dubai LEGO land and motiongate parks. Breakfast was amazing . I highly recommend the resort for being away from the hustle and Brussel of Dubai . I would like to thank the manager Mr Raju and Marcel from front desk. I would like to thank chief ratheesh and juno from kaela restaurant for preparing an amazing breakfast and made to order delicious dosa . Thanks and I highly recommend the beautiful resort.

Great stay at Lapita hotel

The service and hospitality at this hotel was amazing. Thank you to Saidou for having great customer service. The hotel is an inclusive experience and it made my Dubai trip very enjoyable.The nice and friendly service. Food was outstanding. We had a great time in attraction parks. An absolutely amazing experience! It’s like living in a world of its own. You don’t even have to leave the hotel! I definitely recommend coming here.
