Oase midt i det larmende Kuta

Vi boede her i 5 nætter op til nytår. Hotellet er 2 ½ år gammelt og her er lækkert. Værelser er lyse, vi boede på 6 sal med 2 senge. Ønsker man adgang til pool nederst på 1 sal har man direkte adgang til stor pool, men der var også meget larm. På 6 sal er der også pool men her er der mere stille, ingen små børn men til gengæld tid til læsning mm. Vi var mest på 6. Sal. Servicen er over alt i top, dog er de generelt dårlige til engelsk og tålmodigheden kom på prøve mange gange. Vi kan ikke anbefale Kuta til afslapning da her er hektisk, hurtigere at gå rundt i byen, dog med frygt for at blive påkørt af alle knallerterne som kører på fortove mm. De tager ikke hensyn! Morgenmaden på hotellet er virkelig god, det var buffet og der var næsten alt hvad man kunne ønske sig. Anbefaler ikke Kuta til nytår - ejheller vort hotel. Musikken den 31. Dec var så høj at vi forlod festen - og vi havde ørepropper! 4/5 stjerner i Kuta pga ovenstående. Vi kommer ikke tilbage til Kuta igen, vælg i stedet for Sanur o.lign.

Honey Moon + silent day

Good service.good food.acces connect to pool.very recomanded.good room.nice all staff.very like it.good swimming pool. Nice breakfast.vertigo lounge is good. So, i want to caome back again anytime on this hotel.

Overpriced Run Down Dump

On arrival was told the room we had booked (King Bed) was not available. Instead told they only had a room with 2 doubles and because we had booked with a third party there was nothing they could do !! However we had booked direct with hotel not third party but still they would not budge. Not a great start, trudge up to the room and immediately noticed a funky mouldy horrible smell in a very crowded room because of the two beds. We decided to complain again on our way out to tea to no avail, told sorry thats best we can do. Arrived back late after tea and walked in greeted once again to same horrible mouldy smell and an air con that couldn't keep up. We decided to suck it up, stay the night and decided to check out and go somewhere else in the morning. At reception in the morning when I angrily advised we were checking out if they did not move us miraculously a room became available.. So up to level 5 we go noticing all the water damage to all the ceilings everywhere - no wonder the old room smelt mouldy. The pool on the top floor was half closed off with all the decking partially ripped up showing all the rotten/mouldy wood. New room was better (King Bed) but the spray nozzle at the toilet kept leaking water all over the floor and again the air cond was pathetic. I would not recommend this place for the price, it's in a terrible location in a very narrow busy street, spend your money somewhere else..

Amazing stay!

My partner and I had a great time at this hotel. We came for a wedding and came for a relaxing holiday, that's exactly what we got without having to leave the hotel! The spa is just 2 floors down, and kitchen OMG buffet breakfast is so good, and the chef Gleidy is the sweetest!! She personally greets you and brings food to your table to try. Hospitality from each and every staff member was over and above, I am coming back to this very hotel with my family next time. Truly happy with my stay,thank you to all the staff at this hotel! 🙏🏻

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

Air con didn't work so had to change rooms after a few very hot nights. Although the hotel did accommodate this it was a major drama. "Your new room will be ready in 20 mins". Then "We will just check and get back to you" which never happened. They said this twice. I ended up going to the desk where they said our room was ready and someone would help with our bags. Of course this never happened either! Most staff don't understand english! Restaurant orders taken were often wrong or forgotten! Buffet is very limited/ordinary and often took a long time to replace items that had run out. Out of all the staff I would only say one made an effort to actually talk and be friendly (Octa from the Brew Bar - thank you), probably because others did not understand or talk English. Comparing this to another Marriott hotel, The Stones in Legian, this hotel is very below standard. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!
