Aldrig har jeg været på et ferie sted med så hjælpsom og venligt personale. Vi spiste kun ude to gange, vendte tilbage til hotellets restaurant, lækker mad. Gode værelser med masser af plads og så rent alle steder. Vi brugte kun pool området, der var så roligt, ingen høj musik eller skrigende mennesker der laver bumpere i vandet. Pool drengene stod på vagt med håndklæder hele dagen. Vi kommer igen

Отель хороший! По отзывам и выбирали! Мелкие недостатки везде накопать можно) НЕ ПОНРАВИЛОСЬ: ресторан отеля! Заказали суп из морепродуктов, принесли англоязычное меню 250 рупий, услышали, что мы русскоязычные, тут же подбежал второй официант, принес меню и на русском и английском. все позиции совпадают, но уже 280 рупий) Закрыл второй вариант меню, показал в англоязычный вариант, попросил принести счет, думаю какой принесут?)) принесли счет на 200 рупий и спросили все ли ОК))) Вроде, сэкономил, но больше туда ни ногой!!! А вот шейк у БОСКО (рядом с отелем) очень понравился! ОЛЕГ

Были с женой с 3,12,23 по 17,12,23 Заказали только завтраки так как собирались брать много экскурсий. Отелем очень довольны. Совершенно домашняя обстановка. Отель из себя представляет небольшую улочку по бокам которой расположены небольшие коттеджи. В нашем было 6 больших двухкомнатных номеров, про другие не знаю точно, но выглядели они все похоже. Под окнами нашего номера = небольшой бассейн с лежаками в тени пальм и других деревьев. Очень доброжелательный персонал, все говорят по английски. Еда очень вкусная, разнообразная. Единственное разочарование было море. Великолепный пляж и постоянно высокие волны, просто не зайти в воду, с ног сбивает. Только 1 день не было сильный волн. Но как нам объяснили это практически везде в Гоа, океан! В остальном остались всем довольны. Маленькое уточнение. Этот отель не рекомендую молодёжи. Тихо, спокойно нет почти никакой анимации. Два раза только караоке вечером в ресторане было и один раз вечер индийской музыки. Но недолго в 22,00 всё заканчивалось. Да ещё не сказал. Всяких кафешек и ресторанчиков вокруг масса, цены приемлимые. А вот магазинов нет вообще, надо в соседний посёлок ехать.

We have stayed here many times over the years and had some great times and meet so many lovely people, staff and guests. Things are changing in our experience not for the better. This is not a reflection on the staff who work hard and do their best from morning until night. No it’s the management or rather lack of it that is the issue. I understand there is significant renovation work taking place and the reasons for this are not clear the rumours are rife within and outside the hotel. The uncertainty these changes are causing is reflected on all especially the general staff and guests including ourselves. We were sone of the first visitors from UK and other European countries to arrive at the start of the new season usually an exciting time for all. The Hotel was not prepared properly especially the bar and restaurant, this is not a reflection on the waiters they welcomed us as usual with big smiles. No it’s responsibility of the management to ensure and over see that all is ready. There was a very limited selection of drinks on offer of which some were probably from last season and well past their best. On a daily basis drinks ran out, in the past sometimes if a popular drink ran out a quick visit locally by staff member would solve the problem but alas not this time. There should have been someone responsible for ensuring the bar was well stocked obviously nobody took or was given responsibility for this incredibly the bar even ran out of Kingfisher to everyone’s dismay yes Kingfisher! Nobody appeared to be in charge of neither the bar or the restaurant the waiters need to have someone keeping an eye on this not one of their own that does not work. Previous there was a bar / restaurant manager whom would oversee and advise one of their staff if something required attention. Numerous times mainly at breakfast items would run out to the annoyance of guests, someone needs to have the responsibility to watch and ensure items are topped up before they runout, often such basic items such as glasses , cups and even jugs of milk. One final point the toaster needs to be displayed in a museum not in your restaurant many years of Stirling service but time for one that works and one that your guests can use easily. We love the CSM and have booked to return again in a few months please don’t make it the last! We love your staff they have become not just waiters or domestic staff or pool boys but our friends over the years always smiling a real credit to Goa.

We recently stayed at this property for 4 nights while in Goa. It is located around 45 minutes drive from either South Goa (Dabolim) Airport or North Goa (Manohar Airport). Its a spacious and well maintained property having direct access to the beach (between Baga beach and Calangute beach). It has a couple of swimming pools and kids play area. They also have carrom board and other amenities for entertainment. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. The washrooms are clean with all required amenities. The staff is courteous. There is a taxi stand just outisde the gate of this property. It has a restaurant serving all kind of food. The food is tasty. The buffet breakfast is wellspread and delicious. Since we visisted Goa during monsoon, it was an off-peak time and we could enjoy Goa rains in less crowded environment. Overall a great experience at Colonoa Santa Maria!
