Lækkert hotel, god pool/bar

Hotelværelset er pænt og rent, men deres restaurant er ikke noget at komme efter. Poolbaren og baren indenfor er tilgengæld hele turen værd, drinksene er lækre og billige og barpersonalet er søde og venlige.

Wäre 5 Frauen,und wie immer alles top wir bekamen wieder unsere Zimmer im 3 Stock mit toller Aussicht auf den Pool,, Zimmer sauber,und Super nette Zimmermädchen.frühstück OK alles da was man braucht, Dankeschön bis zum nächsten Jahr

Lovely stay

I was very anxious about coming after reading some of the reviews. We came with our 2 children, first time to Bulgaria. Short transfer from airport. The staff were lovely, breakfast not great but always some toast and eggs to eat. The room was small with not much wardrobe space but beds were comfy. A short walk to the beach. Some lovely restaurants close by. So cheap to eat out and drink. Pool area nice and no mad rush for sunbeds. We had a lovely holiday.

Really enjoyed it hope to go back

This is a lovely hotel, very clean, cleaners always cleaning everywhere.Breakfast time is busy,but plenty of choice.Pool is lovely and pool bar very convenient.Its 5 mins from beach and same from end of strip.20 mins walk to main strip.Its a quieter area which is perfect for families.Only downside is no evening live entertainment.

Unhygienic

The pool is very dirty, I never saw it once being cleaned,,pool area also litter all around, broken sunbeds,dirty floor, ants all over , The dirt track at the back has about a dozen large ants nest ,, I saw no cleaning being done of the toilets by restaurant, equipment in gym was a joke, Our bathroom leaked after shower water all over floor,,air con is set to times and is not cold enough when it comes on to cope with the extreme temperature we had,constant banging on doors in the early hours as only one key is given,,only one outside shower for the whole pool area, My husband swam in the pool out of a group of 6 he is the only one ill,acute diarrhoea and sickness for 7 days now had to visit a&e on our return home,,blood tests,stool samples,,jet2 rep nick said it was a 24hr virus going round all hotels Many people sick ,,more than a virus nick ??I feel I should warn you guys be extra hygienic,,I've been here 10 years ago my standard have dropped I won't be returning,,the hotel has gone down drastically The lobby bar is brilliant same guys for years so friendly as where most of the staff to us ..
