Exceptional service

I had to travel to HCMC couple of times due to my business. My last stay was made smoothy and enjoyable by the staff at Le Meridien Saigon, they took superbly care of me like I'm one their own family member. My special call-out goes to one staff of the Front Office, Ms. Jolie. Jolie provided caring and support to me more than I would expect as a hotel guest. Her professionalism and work ethics were exemplary. Experience like this is really rare in the hospitality nowadays. Le Meridien Saigon now is my home because of thier exceptional services. Many thanks to Jolie again, you are one the best staffs I have ever met!

Great breakfast, great staff, good location

Room cleaning services were great thanks to Q. Hào, the breakfast was delicious & sooo many options to choose from (including vegetarian friendly ones). The staff is very welcoming, definitely recommend this hotel experience!

Great location. Highly recommended for both business and leisure

Great hotel with a view of the river in D1. I stayed for business and was amazed by the service extended by their lounge team on level 22nd. This included booking of a meeting room. I highly recommend their service team in the lounge. The view from the room was also great and relaxing. I look forward to stay with them soon.

Top notch services

Love the breakfast !!! The hotel seems to be changing with a new bar and ongoing projects, cannot wait what it could be. Wide range of selection from local Asian dishes to classic cold cuts. My morning coffee was fabulous, it definitely not a usual coffee you get from a cheap machine or convenience store. The room was spacious with a chic design, just enough to be classy and elegant without overdone anything. The employees here are also very polite.

Great Hotel, Awesome Staff, and a Home away from Home

The absolute best hotel staff in Viet Nam. I am a regular traveler to HCMC and have stayed at multiple hotels in the area. But, hands down, Le Meridien is my "go-to" hotel. From the time you arrive and are greeted by smiling bellman - to the front desk check in - to appetizers and drinks in the lounges - to an iconic HCMC view from the room. . . All is easy. Thanks to everyone there who makes the Le Meridien hotel my home away from home.
