Amazing place

We travelled here in the summer holidays (UK) so we did expect this to be busy which it was. First impressions was really good staff on reception where helpful welcome drink (help your self on the side) Room- amazing clean & tidy comfy beds and suitable bed for a child. Spacious rooms with coffee machine and fridge filled up. Bathroom had shampoo & shower gel (which was empty) air con was ok not the best we was in the main time of the summer. We had a garden view - this was certainly not a garden view no garden in sight we had it over looking some one apartment. We asked to change rooms and they said the hotel was fully booked they weren’t very helpful about this. Cleaners- massively needs improved beds where not changed once during the stay they come in and out so quickly and then sit on the floor in the corridor (seen a number of occasions) towels was replaced daily if you left them in the shower. Fridge wasn’t always re stocked either. Food- we always found something to eat and would generally rate the food 10/10 the choice and selection and taste was the best we have had. If you have babies they cater with formula & baby food which we thought was an amazing touch. Snack bar was good apart from burgers were always cold (only downfall) waffles were really nice. Lovely outside seating area to eat during the day and a lovely bar to enjoy some time out of the sun. Night time was always busy and could never get a table no matter what time we went and always ended up in the snack bar which was ok as it was quieter anyway. We had the la carte one night and we walked out! This was the worst part of the holiday the staff where so rude food wasn’t nice. Loads of staff about they were bringing meals out whilst other people were eating starters so the food was cold. The service was shocking we left half way through and went to the main buffet instead and then a hour later we noticed the table at the la carte was still left with food on and the restaurant was so quiet the staff just stood around. We didn’t use any of the kids clubs but our kids loved the slides and the main pool no faults here. Sun beds are limited when we was there and very tight spaces if you hit a side where the sun comes out your stuck in that space all day as you can’t really move your sun bed around as the isn’t umbrellas. We found people taken beds and never coming back all day. Clean around the pool staff constantly cleaning up. They never looked happy but each to the own. Entertainment wasn’t very good for a 5 star and to sit on a brick wall was horrible not very suitable with people with prams / wheelchairs ect for the size of the hotel the entertainment does not cater enough for it. The bar outside closers at 11pm every night and kicks every one out you can go in the lobby but we felt this could be extended to even let you sit in there longer people where playing games/ cards and then had to move inside. Bit early for the summer. 24 hour snack room was good specially for kids they had sweets cakes / milkshakes we used this a few times and loved this. Over all would i recommend? Yes 100 percent although a few issues only minor and no where is perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and would look to return again.

Amazing hotel

The hotel is great, the staff as well, even though we're Bulgarian still found it great that all staff members speak English, the food was amazing as well as the pool. One thing that didn't "tick my box" is that it's not really walkable to other places since we didn't have cars but well using taxis it wasn't that big of a deal. Overall I'd really recommend this hotel to anyone looking to have a great and relaxing time!

Beyond expectations!

At the price we paid we were not expecting such luxury. From the spacious, well-eqipped room with constantly restocked fridge to the huge bathroom with rain shower head and plentiful hot water to the delicious food in the Chef's Table restaurant and Catch snack bar, our expectations were exceeded in every way. The food on offer 24/7 was very varied and always fresh and never seemed to run out, whether you were there early or late. The staff were efficient at clearing and cleaning the tables and the cleaners were always sweeping the floors, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The local wines and beers were lovely and always available. We were even allowed full access to food and drink on the day we checked out which was great as we had a six hour wait for the transfer to the airport. The innovative design of the buildings with the global sunshades around the huge outdoor pool meant there were plenty of sunny or shaded areas and there seemed to be an abundance of sun loungers every day. The card system for free pool towels (you hand in your pool towel card and get a towel and on towel return you get your card back, with a 30 euro fine if you lose your towel) meant no reserving of sunbeds! Most people moved around during the day and took their towels with them. We were here in September though, not sure if this would work as well in busier times in August. We loved the eco-friendly grassy rooftops and thoughtfully designed garden areas. The swimming pools (indoor and out) were a little cool for us but the main pool is very large and there was always plenty of room to swim. Gym and sauna facilities were a bonus. The beach just outside the hotel gates is small but clean and sandy and you can have a Thai massage there for 50 BGN. A wonderful, relaxing week and we only had one outing to Sunny Beach as we didn't feel any need to leave the resort where we were so well catered for.

Beautiful Hotel, some improvement needed

Beautiful hotel, modern,clean near beach. You definitely won't go hungry or thirsty. Plenty of sunbeds & lots of indoor seating Rooms and beds are big, but be prepared if you're booking states garden view as it's actually the car park at the front of the hotel.Lavazza coffee machine, kettle & hairdryer in room. Fridge replenished daily, towels changed every day, beds made daily and bathroom cleaned. Don't expect toiletries replaced daily. 1 toaster & 4 hot drinks machines for the whole of the dining room at breakfast is nowhere near enough. Be prepared to queue for a hot drink, then again for toast. Doesn't help coffee machines kept going offline to reheat. Pool was really cold , sea was warmer when not rough, no sunbeds,just 2/3 coves unless you walk further along Entertainment poor for a 5* plus Hotel Bus stop is a 10 minute walk, these run every 30 mins or so and worth using to visit Sunny Beach or Nessebar/Old Town. You can also take a 30 min stroll to the marina but that was rather disappointing. It would of been nice if at least one of the staff members looked happy in their job,but sadly not one of them smiled the whole 10 days. There's alot of things needed to improve the customer enjoyment, tea/coffee served at table for breakfast would be a good start and some better entertainment. If you're looking for a very quiet holiday this is probably the best choice for your holiday, but don't expect parties every night 😉 All that said we would return as it was possibly the nicest hotel in the area.

Excellent

In my opinion, this is one of the best All-inclusive hotels in Bulgaria. Everything was amazing, best quality of food and drinks. The staff is very friendly, rooms are nice and clean. We had a great time! ☺️ Recommend it and hope to visit again soon! 👌
