Mixed feelings.

I have been there with my family. I have seen bad and good reviews about this hotel but decided to give it a try. Positives: 1. Food was pretty good. Large choice, always fresh. We could always find something suitable for us. A lot of fruits and sweeties for kids. 2. Location by the beach. It is extremely close to the beach. Could not be better. 3. Clean rooms. Daily cleaning if necessary. Stuff asked everyday if we wanted to have it cleaned. 4. Large rooms and bathrooms. 5. There were no parties on the patio which was a positive. We were walking around at night and it would be really bad to have parties and live music like other hotels had. 6. Baby beds are available. Negatives: 1. We have chosen all inclusive option. Limited choice of alcoholic beverages. Beer, whiskey, vodka and rum. You could just have it mixed with juice. Nothing like spectacular drinks which would be nice to have. 2. They were taking out pool chairs around 6 pm to open restaurant nearby pool. After night at 7.30 they usually took out pool chairs again out. Stuff was reserving best chairs for their friends with towels right away which ended up to have only bad places chairs. (If even it was possible to have one or two). People had to wake up at 7 to reserve any chair. 3. Small amount of pool chairs for that big hotel. 4. I have asked hotel stuff to fix air conditioner. They did not do that. I had 30° inside my room all week long. That was terrible. 5. Only 2 elevators in a hotel. During mealtime sometimes we had to wait like 10 minutes to get inside the elevator with baby stroller. It wasnfull of people. We had to use it since all inclusive restaurant is in a basement. Overall it was a nice stay. Sometimes we could complain but we were chilled since it was vacation time ;)

Good

Can't understand why so many weird reviews on this hotel. Certainly, if you compare with all-inclusive Turkey, Spain and ex. it will be not so excellent. As I right understood Albania develops last years. For me personally, country is beautiful, hotel is nice, service also. Of course, there are some minuses. For ex., no bottle water in the hotel (only for money), no water in rooms, pool bar is very poor, no dressing rooms in the hotel, no shampoo and conditioner. But there were ropes, slippers, tooth brush, paste and so on. Food was natural and tasty, a lot of fruits, sweets. It will be better breakfast without sausages. Service was good, young boys and girls, polite, quick, tried to help all time. Sometimes we can't find spoons or folks but girls brought it quickly. Rooms were cleaned every day. Towels were clean and fresh. It was not enough place near pool but there were always free place on the beach. This hotel is good for family with kids but no animation. On the beach was nice bar (for money) with modern pop music. It will be better not allow smoking on the beach. But it depends on people culture.Every day somebody sells fruits on the beach. 🍌🍒🍇 It's a small nice country with open and pleasant people. Of course, the owner of the hotel can improve: all inclusive menu, maybe organise some entertainment, open restaurant or snack bar for clients too. I can give 4 stars to this hotel and wish all the best. Albanian people are very open-minded and kind-hearted. I will comeback here. 💗

Expensive hotel with very poor service & food.

We stayed at Supreme Hotel for 6 days, during June 2022. The hotel is new. The food is awful, always being served cold, every day the same food, most of the days non-fresh food. The all inclusive clients are being treated very bad. Appearently, the hotel can handle more than 200 Clients, but at the pool there are one 3-4 tables reserved for the Clients of the Hotel. 70% of the pool-view is reserved for the a-la carte restaurant. Also, horrible kitchen for All inclusive clients, without any window, located in the basement of the Hotel. Overall, the cleaning staff (who were foreign) were much more polite than the service staff. In conclusion, personally would not recommend it to anyone.

Let’s enjoy it

Definitely above the Albanian average. New building, excellent facilities and excellent “a la carte” Restaurant (by the way it is run by young Albanian Chefs). Private beach and swimming pool are quite good, as well as the beach bar.’ Rooms are large and comfortable Some improvements are required as far as the services are concerned (normal in This country)

Can't recommend this hotel

I give to this hotel just an average rating for several reasons. The hotel is nice and quite clean. Our room was cleaned every day, can't complain. But there were some secluded places which were open to guests which I suppose shouldn't be in hotel with 5 stars. Like construction material lying next to stairs heading to hotel restaurant. Also what we were sorry for is that all meals were served in restaurant placed in basement. We would really appreciate if at least lunch and afternoon snack was served outside at the pool. This is common practice in many hotels. It was more unpleasant for us as guests weren't allowed to go to this restaurant in swimsuit although wearing some beach dress on swimsuit. If hotel insist on this rule should provide some changing cabin. Also the quantity of toilets by the pool is not sufficient for so many people. What was the worst about our stay in this hotel is that every day after 6 pm hotel's stuff prepared 14 tables by the pool which were at disposal just for paying guests of À la carte restaurant. For all the hotel guests who have paid for all inclusive were available just 6 tables where was possible to sit with drink from all inclusive bar. This was really annoying. Several times we took our drink served in plastic cup and went to sit on panel on a mole as all 6 tables were of course already occupied. This I suppose people really don't expect from stay at five stars hotel.
