Horrible...

(this is my second visit to property...first on 2018 and now in 2023...reviews after my second visit) Worst management... Arrogant staff... Most important -,There is no parking for car... Swimming pool is not maintained... Bathroom water has something bad smell... Horrible...think abt 3-4 times before visit

Best Beach resort of baga goa

Last week my friends and I had the privilege of staying for three nights at your beautiful era Santiago beach resort goa. It was the perfect place to get away for a few days and we enjoyed every minute. We were given two of the rooms of the resort that overlooked the beautiful Garden and Swimming pool.Excellent service provided by the resort staff. Breakfast lunch & dinner was delicious with an excellent service. Me and my friends really liked the resort, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. Will recommend my friends to stay here if they go to Goa . Special thanks to Madam jayanti and his team's....

Don’t bother

Hotel Warning Don’t Stay at this Hotel We arrived to find our room was poorly maintained and dirty, the fridge was disgusting and hadn’t been cleaned for weeks the seal was broken. None of the problems from last year had been addressed they still have very big problems with No hot water at least on six days of our two week stay. The toilet on one occasion the toilet system was hot water. The last two days there was no water at all. On the Plus side the mattress was one of best we have slept on in Goa in the last 12 years. The breakfast were good and most of the staff as well.

Terrible hotel, worst possible amenities and carefree attitude

My room had plethora of issues including Shower problems, water outage in the middle of day, no power for no reason as other rooms still had power. We were out for all day and when we came back I felt that there was diesel smoke in our room, I called the reception for it as I didn't want to die in my sleep due to asphyxiation but the staff said, sir please open all the windows (as if no other smoke would enter which didn't enter the room when all the doors and windows were closed.). The only bright side was that the breakfast was good. Even the WiFi which is kind of a setup once and enjoy always was not working. It would connect once and no internet would work, even google search page took ages to open. My mobile internet was much faster and better than their so called WiFi. The hotel itself is located in a kind of shady location beside the main road, inside a gully and going at the end. It was kind of always a scary situation going out in the night or early morning when the sun wasn't shining right above our head.
