restauranten var fantastisk når man tænker på de foholdsregler der er p.g.a. Covid 19

skønt værelse med direkte udgang til fantastisk poolområde, centralt beliggende hotel med alle faciliteter som spa-afdeling og fitness, fantastisk restaurant med vin-kompetent personale,pga. Corona var buffeten erstattet af portionsanrettet mad, det var virkelig en fornøjelse og stor afveksling i retterne, man glædede sig til hvert måltid, jeg fejrede rund fødselsdag på stedet og hotellet medvirkede til at gøre dagen speciel og uforglemmelig personalet i restauranten bar ansigtsvisir og handsker. personalet i receptionen bar også ansigtsvisir

Paradise in Greece

The hotel well exceeded our expectations! The room with itsprivate pool was fanastic and absolutely a highlight! We have never been in a better hotel and it is worth every cent! The resort is quiet, ultra modern and very clean. The food is brilliant. There are no long distances from the rooms to the restaurant, bar, reception, main pool and beach. The Corona regulations were implemented well and we felt very safe. The spa area is wonderful and it should definitely be used. It's a must! The design is mind-blowing! The hotel looks exactly like the advertising images! We would particulary like to highlight the cordiality of the personnel! Many thanks again to the whole staff especially to Eva! You made our vacation to something very special! We will definitely come back! Warm wishes Chris and Christina...

Holiday in rain and hurricane

Though the weather was terrible most of the week, we visited Zakynthos, the staff succeded in giving us a very nice experience. The staff was very positive and helpful and good at their jobs. Thank you.

Highlight-Vacation

Dear contessina-team, we had a great stay with perfect service of every staff member, especially by Maria, who was super friendly and competent in every subject (wine, dinner etc.). All in all, a wonderful and pleasant holiday. Thank you very much! Elisabeth, Germany

Lovely adult only hotel

Hotel is small and private set back from the main road in quiet street plenty of restaurants, bars, shops etc in the immediate vicinity. We got upgraded to a room with plunge pool and sun bed which was in the shade all of the time but was still lovely and cool to lie out. The rooms were a decent size and immaculate bed was large and so comfortable and linen changed every day. Had to ask for iron and board not sure if they weren’t in the rooms for COVID reasons. Breakfast was fine wouldn’t say there was a great choice you had to queue and choose from the menu then staff had to get this from buffet for you due to COVID but it was managed really well and we never had to wait longer than a couple of minutes. I found the built in sun beds at the pool rather strange and felt they were too close to others hence little privacy and didn’t like the fact they obviously couldn’t be moved and had no shades although the sun covered them completely by 2.30 in the afternoon leaving only the bean bag sun beds on the opposite side in the sun which were rather uncomfortable there was only 6 of them so if you didn’t bag one you would have to go elsewhere if you wanted to lie in sun all day due to the shaded side. There was a small roof terrace with parasols but you had to come down flights of stairs to use the pool. As lovely as the pool area looked l just didn’t like the set up sorry! but that’s just a personal opinion. The service in the hotel was excellent and all of the staff we encountered so pleasant and helpful shout out to Sarah who was so lovely. Overall l enjoyed my stay
