Hotellet som helhed fungerede bare rigtig godt. Lokation, service, morgenmad m.m. Det hele gik op i en højere enhed
Elektronikken (aircondition og nøglekort) på værelset glippede få gange, men hjælpen var hurtig at finde, så vi nåede næsten ikke at mærke de få bump vejen

A Perfect Stay!

A one week stay in this lovely hotel. Our room was clean and modern and very comfortable. Air con worked a treat and was quiet. Breakfast was very good, with a choice of yoghurts and egg options plus a substantial bread basket - we didn't order all of it after the first day as it was far too much for us. Having praised the breakfast however, the coffee was the worst I've ever tasted and no amount of milk, sugar or stirring made it any better! Staff were extremely efficient and very friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel and would book again in a flash.

Read this before you book, worst ever hotel & if you have the audacity to complain then there's no manager!

Door wouldn’t shut & twin room despite the fact we had proof we booked a double, went to complain. Still waiting, went to complain again, girl, about 16, said it was her first day, I started to get annoyed and asked why nothing was being done, told to prove I had a double! Came down with proof and asked what she was going to do, she said that they would change our room if they had a free double, I got further annoyed and asked what was happening about our door and how we were to be compensated for the wrong room type. She came up to see door, a pointless exercise! The phone rang – man coming to fix door, he was a waiter with no tools, a teenager. He said he needed tools and came back with a screwdriver and some WD40! He reappeared minutes later three floors below waiting tables without so much as a word! I went down and remonstrated with the receptionist who was never at her desk and, like all the staff, constantly smoking in front of the hotel whilst ineptly answering guest queries with a fag in her hand! “What about my door?” – the staff became hostile and angry towards me, “we will send someone”, “but we have been stuck in our room for over an hour!” I responded! Waiter returns, handle still broken and he says they will have to call a locksmith, he offered us some keys. I worked out how we could fudge the broken lock to close the door. It was never fixed in our 5 day stay and the cleaners continually left our door open with all our possessions on display, my laptop, everything, free for the taking! Meanwhile the 16 year old receptionist had printed off a differently worded version of our booking saying that doubles were a request and they didn’t have to give us one! I was livid. Had a row the next morning. I was told no management at the hotel or even on the island! I demanded to speak with someone. After an eternity I was given a phone with “katrina” on another island - she laughed at me, didn’t care, offered to help us leave at our own expense, very unpleasant unprofessional individual. Bed is not made on arrival. Your bed is unmade every day after you have made it and the crinkled sheets left at the foot of your bed to look like you have new sheets, never had clean sheets in the whole stay, just a masquerade of clean sheets and towels too. The bathroom floods and smells very damp and unpleasant. There is a one inch gap all down the side of the shower door even though it has a sealing edge! Water runs across the floor, out of the bathroom, through the bedroom and out to the landing! The bedroom floor is sloping and no way level! Balcony seats are all metal, there is no shade until the evening and so you cannot sit on them, they are scoldingly hot. Too uncomfortable anyway as they are all metal, no cushion. We took 2 old knackered wooden chairs that they put in our bedroom and used a cushion on one and a blanket on the other in order to be able to sit down outside. Room and balcony tiny. Bathroom door is opaque glass so if you want privacy you have to send one of you on to the balcony in searing heat so the other can use the bathroom in private. As said already it is not cleaned properly, walls dirty, rusty mouldy fittings in bathroom (see pictures), no decent bathroom mirror and light, toilet coming away from wall, tired and knocked about, it smells. No management on the island and no one to complain to, they just give you the generic email address. No laptop safe, no iron, lucky the seaview was a “request” that we did get for £130 / night (we spent little more on a beautiful detached villa with pool in Skopelos for 14 nights).

Outstanding Service

I had a very early arrival time on Aegean Air 6:00 am. I requested a check- in at this early hour. Although no one was at reception this early, they accommodated me and had an envelope with my key ready for me. The staff was welcoming and lovely. Many thanks to this hotel that really knows the meaning of "service".

Nice central boutique hotel

Located in the port,very close to all the amenities like restaurants ,supermarkets,visits to the old town,boats,buses etc.Although very central the place is very quiet.My room was quite small but didn't feel like it,it was nicely decorated and felt welcoming and crisp.Always very cleen.The AC was a delight,even on the hottest of the days.The balcony was very small but the view was very nice from the 2nd floor.The staff was very polite and funny(the breakfast waiter).The breakfast served was very tasty and freshly made.The only negative thing is that some bath towels were worn out,but happened only in my room and not to my friens,so...things like that are easy to fix.Overall ,a very very nice place to stay

Holiday 2020

My holiday with my boy wasn't so good. The hotel present a lot of humidity,the room was small,smelly ugly and was cold because the air conditioner didn't work.the chairs on the balcony weren't clean. The staff door of the 3°floor every time was open and inside it was possible give look to the magnific tower panoramy of towels in the floor. Personal doesn't exist may be for economical problem .. Hells
