Very disappointed

My first day at his hotel I’ve suffered a horrible experience with the beach waiter. He is unpleasant, rude and a liar. He says that the Sun beds require a minimum consumption at 17:00 of €60, and then he leaves them for his friends or those who give them money on command without consuming anything. And when you call his attention to his behaviour he starts shouting on the beach and saying that he doesn't understand you and that he doesn't intend to serve anything else, and that they have 60€ and they spend it and I don't... he really is a jerk and a paran. It's a shame because I'm staying at the hotel, but the pool bar is not at all recommendable. This kind of employee makes everything looks horrible. I when you are on holidays you look for people nice and happy, I don’t need to put up with this kind of behaviour from a employee that doesn’t like his job and who is not honest and neither honoured. I’ll go to submit a formal claim against this employee but after read several comments I don’t wait a better treat from the Director The hotel looks nice but the rooms are so small.

Gem on Naxos island, definitely recommend

We stayed here for 6 nights in August. We arrived by ferry and took the bus, which is very easy to figure out from ferry port as local buses run frequently to Plaka beach. We chose to go left and further down the beach to rent sunbeds (€40 for two, including umbrella -prices vary substantially so definitely worth asking at several places before choosing). Breakfast, pool area and apartment were all very clean. Staff were extremely friendly. It's a complex of apartments rather than a main hotel building which was great with much more compared to a hotel room We took a daytrip to Kalfunisa island, watched Mamma Mia at open air cinema and rented bikes to explore the island villages (Mike's car rental immediately to the left of the complex for this). Favorite meal was Mexican at Picasso (right of complex). We did not enjoy the Greek recommendation at Three Brothers . .so many other amazing Greek restaurants in area to try instead! Naxos was by far our favorite island.... extremely clean but it's very busy and we hope it won't become over run and over priced like some other popular Greek islands! Enjoy your stay!

Clean and friendly

I wrote one already before Tripadvisor asked me to. This was mainly to praise a well run hotel. The staff was more helpful than in most hotels and really seemed to care about our comfort. Anna, Vagelis, Yannis, Adonis Yannis sister whose name escapes me at the moment, but these were only some of the great people who took care of us! I would go back anytime! The hotel was clean and always well appointed with everything necessary.

NICE AND CLEAN ACCOMODATION!!!

Nice hotel with large rooms, very clean pool area, excellent breakfast with smiling faces, good and efficient front office staff, free parking space and of course the best location on plaka beach! Thank aegean land for a relaxing long weekend!

2 night stay

Our family with 4 kids ages 15-20 only stayed 2 nights here in between Mykonos and Santorini. It’s hard because our Mykonos hotel set the bar so high but we enjoyed our 2 nights here. We spent some time at the pool and the beach which was lovely. We ate lunch at the poolside restaurant which was very good and it was great that the bus stop was right out front so it was easy to get to and from town. We’d come back again.
