Lovely Hotel

We had a 5 night stay at this hotel mid September and I couldn’t have expected more! Vasilis is the hotel manager and he was so helpful. He was able to book us taxis to and from the airport and also the local town of Preveza. The swimming pool was lovely and there was plenty of sun beds available for you to use. The only downside is the location of the hotel it is in the little town of Kanali. There is a couple of restaurants down by the beach special mentions to Elia and Deja Vu which were our favourites. I would recommend getting a hire car if you drive as we done over €200 in trips to and from airport as well as Preveza. I am a very fussy person so breakfast wasn’t nice for me however my partner enjoyed breakfast whilst I took my cereal I bought from the local supermarket which was a 10-15 min walk. I would highly recommend using Apple Maps / Google maps to get around as it is helpful in finding places like the supermarket. Whilst your stay please take a look at amvrakikos cruises for your day time dolphin trip. Once again I would like to thank Vasilis and his team for our lovely stay at this hotel and we would look forward to another stay in the future

Great stay!

We stayed two weeks two families at the hotel in June 2022, and we had a great time. The apartments where great, breakfast great, great service at the hotel also, very friendly. Highly recommended to both families, but also couples. Nice pool area and close to beach.

Very nice welcoming and situation

Hôtel is in front of the sea with a nice swimming pool. Welcoming and service are great. Rooms are simple and bed comfortable. We spent one night before taking a boat in Preveza and it was great. Breakfast is also very good. We recommend this place.

Lovely friendly hotel.

We stayed here as a family of 6, either side of a sailing holiday around Lefkada. The hotel is situated a very short walk from Kanali town where there are some nice restaurants to visit in the evening. The rooms are generous in size, nicely furnished and most have a view over the sea. The hotel itself is clearly very well maintained and clean and the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The pool area is lovely and there is access to the beach a short walk away. Overall the hotel was good value for money and I would recommend to anyone planning to stay in Kanali.

Ok hotel but would not go for a second time

I went here in September during covid virus. About the hotel: hotel is ok but certainly not a 4 stars hotel. Breakfast was very bad, very less choice and had not expected this since lots of people loved the breakfast here. Additionally, cappuccino or other coffees are not included. At the end during checkout we had to pay for the drinks which came as a surprise. I never heard of a hotel where the coffee is not included in the breakfast (we booked including breakfast). About environment: without a car (unless booking every day a taxi) its impossible to go to other places. The hotel is in a small village which only has restaurants or a few “ok” beaches. If you want to go to other cities like Preveza (20-25km) or Parga (50-60km) its really nice to have a car. Overall i would say with a car to visit this place is ok. The hotel is also ok but not a 4 stars hotel. If breakfast is important for you would not recommend to go here. They have a swimming pool and tennis field which are nice. In case of rental: you can at the airport rent cars but recommend to book beforehand. We had booked through autounion. They pick you up at the exit doors (2min drive to car rental itself) and bring you to the car rental where you can pick up your car. Book online for every option as they have higher prices if you want to book there. Eg tire insurance was online €5 per day, at car rental it was €10 per day.
