Sjovt hotel i art deco stil. Lægger fantastisk ned til selve palmeøen og en superstrand hotellet har en resturant med navn LIV som bare levere dejlig mad og personnallet er bare i super klassen med henblik på venlighed og service. Pool-området kan man bare ikke klage over. Der er lidt malurt i bægeret og det er de spille meget højt House musik og det er ikke rart hvis man også vil nyde fuglene synge eller bare snakke sammen. Priserne er tårnhøje ligesom i resten af Dubai. Jeg synes man får for lidt for pengene og kan bestemt finde andre dejlige steder hvor man kan betale for mad og ikke mindst drikkevare. Hotellet lejer også området ud til folk fra Dubai så du er ikke sikker på en solstol selvom du er gæst på hotellet og det er bestemt gæster som tror de ejer det hele

Thanks to a friend and his best friend and authenticity. They were wonderful in their dealings and service to me. They deserve thanks. It was an enjoyable stay for me because there is such an employee as the best and authenticity in their good dealings and their kind smile. They may be distinguished in the service of Arabs who do not speak English.

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Dubai! Outstanding staff, best view of the city of Dubai! All the staff raised the bar for their hard work and support to make my staycation in Dubai the most memorable one! I highly recommend this place for those taking holidays to Dubai! This is your best option for travels when you come to Dubai. Well done to all staff, keep it up!

AMAZING!

My family and I had an overall wonderful experience at the W Palm Dubai. From the moment we stepped off the taxi from the airport, we were warmly received by Moses who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as it could be. He exuded calm, professionalism and decorum in our interactions with him as a hotel ambassador while helping us navigate the intricately complex, never-ending maze of amazing places to visit in Dubai: the eclectic, multinational array of foods to taste; the immersive culture of the Emirati in the deserts; the slew of expansive malls replete with opulent boutiques; and the ultramodern parks and gardens that make Dubai the cosmopolitan city it is known for. Everyday, we woke up to a mesmerizing oceanfront view in our very spacious (almost 2000 sq ft) Arabian-styled room - professionally serviced by a team of well-behaved staff dedicated to maintaining cleanliness and ensuring comfort. Dinner at the Akari Back restaurant was a definitely top-notch, Michelin star-deserving, culinary experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone staying at the resort. Most of all, it was the family friendliness that elevated our experience at the W, as Moses and his colleagues treated our young kids like they were family; paraphrasing the kids' words, it felt like home away from home. (They are already talking about another visit to Dubai!). Finally - and I know it might sound slightly offbeat - , I always appreciated the ever-changing mat at the hotel's entrance which read "good morning/good afternoon/good evening" depending on what time of the day it was. It is such attention to detail that separates this particular resort from the rest at the Palm and I am here for it! We certainly will be staying at the W Palm when we come back to Dubai in the near future.

A relaxing holiday after 3 yrs!!

Beautiful Property!! Very warm hospitality!! The hotel staff was very courteous. It’s a true luxury Prperty. Being a vegetarian the Indian chef Snehashih was very hospitable. He served us meals as per our choice. His team members are very efficient. Lovely experience.
