Nice hotel

Nice... Came here as the cheapest option arrived at 4am due to flight being late, Guy on reception was nice polite but if a delay checking in due to system change but literally 10 mins, Room was nice clean lots of plugs fone charging Room view was beautiful 😍lots of sunlounngers! Not all bybhe pool either wich was nice! Nice breakfast no issues Coffee machine great plenty too Breakfast was relaxed sit where you like lots of space great for solo travel..Nice private beach lik bit of a trek through other hotels but nice well worth the money would stay again

Great dinner buffet

Nice atmosphere Warm thanks to the staff specially Amr who was serving us and was keep asking us for anything we need.all staff is friendly mahmoud ,Avy ,abidndan and specially cheef Shakir thanks for looking for us and make so nice tasting.

Lovely views

Stayed here for 6 days. Room was clean and spacious. Food was ample and adequate. No issues in getting beds around the pool or nearby beach. In order to get anywhere a taxi is needed but there are plenty. Ensure to get a sea view room, evening views from balcony are great Italian on 2nd floor was great

Lovely hotel and nice food and view

The place has a nice ambience as we sit outside near the pool area. It’s refreshing! Accommodating staff esp Mahmoud, Kareem, Amy, and Avy. 129 per pax for dinner with the entertainer is a good deal after all.

Amazing buffet dinner

Tonight we had the pleasure of experiencing a delightful buffet dinner at Aloft The Palm, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. The food was delicious. The ambiance added a magical touch to the evening, there was dance performance and chilling music creating the perfect backdrop for a wonderful celebration. Speaking of celebration, my friend's birthday was made even more special by the surprise complimentary cake we received from the outstanding staff—Amir, Abidrdan, Ally, and Kareem. Their accommodating nature and impeccable service truly stood out, making us feel not just customers but valued guests. We left Aloft The Palm with hearts full of delight, and there's no doubt that we'll be returning. The combination of scrumptious food, incredible ambiance, and top-notch service has left an indelible mark, and we eagerly anticipate our next visit. 😍
