Der stank på værelset da vi ankom af noget frygteligt dissenfektionsmiddel, det tog tid at lufte ud så vi kunne komme i seng. Værelset var generelt snusket. På billederne var kun vist flotte nyrenoverede værelser. Der er alt for mange russere. De stjæler med arme og ben. Især fra morgenmads buffet.

Super

Har været sammen med min kone og datter på en ugers ferie på hotellet, som jeg vil vurdere til min. et 4* hotel. Der er mange faciliteter, så som en stor udendørs pool og en lækker indendørs pool, hvor vandet var behageligt køligt. Desuden var der en tennisbane og to fitnesscentre til fri afbenyttelse, samt var der både sauna, hammam og jacuzzi, der dog var lukkede pga. covid 19. Vi havde bestilt en bungalow, men da den lå på den anden side af vejen, blev vi opgraderet til en to værelses suite på hotellet. Vi havde købt all inclusive pakke og servicen var i top, dog kunne madudvalget være lidt større, men da der kun var ca. 30 turister på hotellet (pga. covid 19), giver det mening. Da vores bus til lufthavnen afgik kl. 15.10, blev vi tilbudt omkostningsfrit late check out til kl.15.00 mod normalt kl.12.00. Alt i alt et godt hotel, som fortjener mere end 3*.

Perfect choice for family.

We stayed seven nights in the hotel There are several points to highlight, We were staying in bungalows and the whole bungalow and restaurant and everything was so clean. Because breakfast only it was very delicious there were several choice. The surprise for me who was the availability of Wi-Fi it was usable even watching movies on it but the pool was clean and usable the beach is the best beach of Cyprus and it’s five minutes walk away. We were staying here with the family and it was an exceptional choice. We were so satisfied with the bungalow due to that it’s really a optimal choice for a family we had so much space for four of us and by having the fridge and the whole kitchen have a slot to be able to have a enjoyable seven nights. The staff are very useful even though a lot of visitors in the hotel.

A familiy friendly hotel near to Nissi beach

We (2 families - 4 adults, 4 kids) spent one week in this hotel. After a cancellation of a Mallorca trip we booked this hotel a couple of weeks prior to the travel. (In Cyprus we were welcomed by vaccinated by Sputnik...) We stayed in bungalows since those seemed to be big enough for families. That was a good decison, the bungalow was really spacious. The main building seemed to be freshly renovated, the bungalows are a bit outdated but are still in good state. Both bedroom and the living room/kitchen had air conditioning unit, that was usefool due to the heat. Wifi was OK for the laptop but not for mobiles, I didin't understand it. The halfboard was absolutely OK; the breakfast was more or less the same but enough suffucient choice and the dinners were really eclectic. All evenings we got themed dinner (local, Italian, Chinese, etc), I never met similar earlier, we enjoyed it. The best I have to tell is the staff of the restaurant: they were very polite, kind and tireless. The restaurant was always clean and the running out food were alwyas completed. And last: the pool. It was big enough for lots of people and was always clean. The pool man (Life guard) was a great guy. He always let the kids play and warned only in the cases when they were really disturbing for others, special thanks for that! Overall I definitely recommend this hotel first of all for families.

Corona Unsafe Overpriced Hotel

Stayed here 3 nights, our check-in took a long time, as showing ID card was not enough, but we had to email them our booking confirmation and fill in more paperwork. During this time, the receptionist was not friendly at all and was more on the phone than anything else. The first morning, we went to breakfast buffet at 7h15, where absolutely NOBODY of the clients was using a mask in peak Corona times. We went to complain at the reception, where they said 'you can not eat with the mask' and gave some other lame excuses. We then asked to talk to the manager, who was just available at 10h. After going back at 10h, the manager said to come back at 14h as she would talk to the general manager. At 14h we went for a third time, and again they came up with a bunch of excuses why they can not obligate their guests to wear the mask and that it is the police's concern. At this point they were not giving us any solution, we had to suggest ourselves that they bring the food to the room instead. The only capable person seemed to be the restaurant responsible that managed to serve a good breakfast in our room during the rest of the stay and was very friendly. In conclusion, this hotel lacks a decent management and the reception urgently needs some decent training in customer service. Note that we came from another hotel in Ayia Napa, where they actually did tell their customers to wear the mask while picking up food from the buffet.

Amazing all round

Had a fantastic week, all inclusive at Nissiana. Staying in one of the Bungalows. Fabulous set up, extremely short walk to main hotel and all facilities...local shops very close by. Nissi Beach 5 minutes walk away. Hotel staff were amazing and couldn’t do more for you. Very Covid safe environment...sanitising anything and everything once a person moved; sun lounges, tables, chairs etc. Buffet style food was gorgeous and a wide variety each day and night. In between food options good as well. Would definitely return, loved it. Xx
