Hotellets placering var perfekt. Elevator og faciliteter fungerede fint. Personalet var søde til at bære vores kufferter op ad trappen ved ankomst.

Genopfyldning af diverse til morgenmaden var ringe. Personalet skal være mere opmærksom på opgaven. Det er et hotel med mange gæster, der er mange, som skal serviceres inde de skal på tur. Tapetet havde løsnet sig flere steder på værelset.

Vores værelse 506 var meget lille - der var ikke plads til at lukke mere end en kuffert op af gangen. Øvrige danske gæster havde større og bedre værelser så der er åbenbart forskel på disse

Fint 3-stjernet hotel

Fint 3-stjerner hotel. Rigtig god beliggenhed. Men en smule kedelig morgenmad. Som forventet. Vaskeri service til timelig pris. Søde medarbejdere. Fin aircondition og rengøringen er også ok. Lille cafe i forbindelse med indgangen. Ok wi-fi.

never again

never again. the place is shabby and extremely dirty. the shower was dirty, the windows very dirty, a shirt fell near a curtain and got dirty with dust so thick that it didn't come off. My friends saw a rat in the hall. And that explains why I saw a cat in the kitchen! the breakfast is scarce and not good, there are no internal services (restaurant). The price is low but the place is really bad for European standards. Some rooms are without windows. not recommendable.

Never again!

Hotel with few rooms. Not informed me that my family room was not ready because broken aircon so had to pass the First night in two separate rooms. Next morning the front office personnel, especially the LGBTQIA+ was EXTREMELY rude toward my inquiry if I am going to move to the family room the same day. Bellmen helpful, with the intention of helping also to put the luggages in the car upon check out but when the car arrived, they totally disappear so no help from them. Breakfast very limited. Same stuff everyday and service staff not attentive on refilling the buffet. Also, at 8.30am the eclair with whipped cream finished already so big no no also for this. Only positive note was the maintenance Anh that came to fix the toys of my kids to put the batteries in. Unfortunately never again. Agoda allow to put beautiful pictures of the hotel but in the reality not really attractive to see and stay.

Great place to stop and recharge

Really comfy and clean room- the outlook wasn’t great but hey- we only needed to rest our heads and bodies after being out and about. The staff are lovely and SO’N who is the front man at Blue Ginger- the breakfast arm of the hotel- is simply lovely! Very cheery ..and the food was a good way to start your day

Great Location, Pity about the Reception Staff

We stayed here 2N at the start & 2N at the end of our 12D tour. Each time the hotel bellhop was ready to assist us. Cannot say the same for the Reception staff. The 2nd time we were even given a room that we could not even lock and after waiting for some time and still not allocated a new room, we insisted that we be given one asap and they had no choice but to upgrade us. No tourist information was also given and when we asked for a map, they flipped through files and then said that there was none left. Surely, they could photocopy one from their file. We then asked directions to the river and all they told us was that it was too far to walk. We told them we had looked it up before we came to Vietnam and it was within walking distance. It is less than 2km away. The good points of the hotel is that it is very conveniently located opposite Ben Thanh Market and within walking distance to the river, Saigon Opera House and the Saigon Centre/Takashimaya where there were plenty of food choices. The buffet breakfast is also good enough with both Western (scrambled eggs/sausages/ham/salad/plain pastries) and Asian (congee/soup/rice with veg/fish/meat), a fruit juice/tea/coffee/fruits/yoghurt. Just be warned that the hotel's entry is via a flight of stairs. Hence, not suitable for those requiring wheelchair access or the very elderly.
