Fabulous resort in Bentota!

Our trip to Cinnamon Bentota Beach was wonderful. We travelled with our 3 year old and 8 month old and the resort was extremely family-friendly. They had a fantastic playroom and staff Achini, Sayuri, Pooja and V. were so kind and caring towards our children. Our 3 year old wanted to go back everyday! The service at the resort was top notch. Everyone was happy to greet us everyday and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. The service manager, Felis, was so accommodating. She would have the chefs make food for our 8 month old every night! The pools were lovely and cared to children and adults. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend this resort to any family with small children.

Wow what a wonderful hotel. From the stunning hotel lobby to friendly staff and delicious food. Beautiful pool set in lovely lush gardens. We enjoyed the swim up pool bar. Dined in 2 restaurants at hotel. Both excellent. Highly recommend this resort.

My most favorite hotel in the world

Second time at this iconic Geoffrey Bawa designed hotel. Service as usual was excellent. Without us asking or insisting the hotel upgraded us to an amazing suite due to an issue with the door handle of our room. We were happy to deal with the door as is because the hotel is one of a kind and the rooms and resort will make up for any shortcomings you may face. No hotel has this sort of feel, architecture, vibe and luxury all combined. Thanks again and see you soon.

Sri lankan jewel....

Amazing location, staff were all so friendly, food delicious, pool divine, short walk onto beach! We spent the last 5 days of our 17 day tour of SL here. Very relaxing, ghe spa treatments are highly recommended too! In summary we loved it!

Beautiful Hotel but Overpriced

The hotel is vastly overpriced. The fact that one evening only 27 guests in 159 bedroom hotel tells its own story with a 5 star equivalent next door extremely busy. The hotel is actually very good with Pryantha and his team in the dining room excellent. Also special mention to Pradeep and Prem
