Super hotel på Lanzarote

Et virkeligt dejligt hotel med mange faceliteter, kæmpe poolområde med to store pools (den ene opvarmet), samt mindre poolområde med plads til små børn, samt større poolområde med masser af legetøj og rutchebaner til større børn. Lækre to værelses lejligheder, alle med egen terrasse/altan, badeværelserne kunne dog trænge til en mindre renovering. Godt minimarked med varmt brød om morgenen. Desuden en masse andre faceliteter som tennis, motionsrum og meget mere, dette brugte vi dog ikke, da vi kun havde en uge :-).

Wonderful

We stayed for 9 nights as a family of 5. The pools, slides, playground, staff, food, snacks, and accommodation were all wonderful. But what really stood out were the entertainment dynamic duo ARIEN & IONNA!! In fact they were the reason we chose to come to Cay Beach Sun as family of ours had stayed here one month before us and told us all about them. They were non stop energy and fun and made the holiday absolutely amazing. The children looked forward to seeing them every day and lived for the mini discos every night. Can not recommend them enough. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Brilliant Hotel

Absolutely Brilliant Value for money. Spotless hotel pool areas outstanding. Yes the pools were cold but it's May, my 4 year old still spent most of the day in them. Shop on site that has everything you need and very reasonable, with very friendly staff. It's about a ten min walk to the 1st set of restaurants bars etc. I will definitely return, already pricing October. Beds are so so comfy too.

Do not waste your money! Book somewhere else!

I don't have many good comments about this place! Very bad Customer Service, not helpful at all. Isabelle on reception was the only nice person willing to help us with any quires we had, She is a lovely lady. Andres on Reception was rude and very unprofessional, He did not have a nice manner at all. I went with My Husband, Son age 11 and Daughter age 6 the pools were freezing and no entertainment for families in the evening. I paid for half-board and It was a waste of Money, the food was terrible, and restaurant was dated, it was very disappointing. Our toilet broke on the 2nd last day and asked for it to be fixed, nobody came to fix it, luckily My Husband was able to do something with it to keep us going. The distance to everywhere was a long walk, We spent a fortune on taxi's, the taxi service is very good over there, helpful driver's for reasonable prices. I would not stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to anybody. It was by far the worst place I ever stayed!

Great Entertainment Team

Just back from Caybeach Sun . Really enjoyed our stay. The animators team of Arien and Joanna were absolutely amazing and loved by children and adults. Everything they've done from morning mini- club and daily activities for every age, to evening mini-disco, face painting, bingo, quizes and karaoke, was so much fun. The hotel itself had seen better days, but it's very clean. The staff is very nice. Thank you everyone at Caybeach Sun.
