The art hotel is perfectly clean Beautiful rooms and have everything you need it's like home from home. They even leave a gorgeous little welcome pack of wine cheese crisps hot drink options and more.. The location is a very short walk to the beach and shops restraunt etc.. I would definitely stay again.. Staff are very nice and help with any questions.. I'd give it a 10 out 10

Spacious & pleasant apartment with good location

The apartment was spacious, bright and cosy. Kitchen was well equipped and there were also a coffee machine for filtered coffee. The staff was very friendly and helpful : ) Location was good, shops and restaurants for a walking distance. We will absolutely stay here for a future when visiting Las Palmas again. Thank you : )

Great stay

Excellent place with very nice service. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It had all I needed and even a bit more. The shower was the best comparing to all other places I stayed in Las Palmas. The location was also good, close to the beach, many restaurants, and groceries.

Great hotel

We stayed in ART Las Palmas for one week. The room was very nice, modern and the kitchen well stocked. It was great to have a proper 'starter kit' with, salt, pepper, oil, cheese, etc etc. At night it was quiet and we slept well. The beach, bars and shops are all within walking distance. The only, maybe confusing, thing is the app you should, or should not use to check-inn, Once we had problems with our key-card we called and a friendly man came to help. Maybe some staff at reception in the weekends and evenings would make the hotel even better. All in all, would stay again!

Working trip, 2 weeks in the sun!

A very clean, secure, modern, multi apartment building in a good location within easy reach of the beach, restaurants, and shops. A security card or app is used to gain entry to the building and is also required to gain access to the stairs, lifts and your apartment. The modern and well equipped apartment has everything required for self catering, or to act just as a base. This includes a full Internet service with wifi throughout, entrance hall, a bathroom (shower) sink, wc, a cloak room, a double bedroom with full height wardrobes, drawers, safe. The lounge and kitchen contains modern equipment: halogen hob, full height fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, flat screen TV with streaming services, and comfortable furniture. Then, you have a balcony!!
