Smuk beliggenhed
Hotellet ligger direkte til vandet med den smukkeste udsigt. Fin strand, klart vand og gode forhold med liggestole. Især strand til venstre for hotellet er god. Rigtig fint værelse med alt hvad man har brug for. Fin lille hyggelig havn. Venligt personale.
Fantastisk hotel og professionelt personale
Virkelig et skønt hotel med mange skønne faciliteter. Lækker strand og poolområde med mulighed for at sidde i skygge under nåletræerne. Personalet her flytter gerne en parasol fra den ene ende af stranden til den anden, hvis du har brug for at sidde i skygge. Ved poolområdet står en fyr dagen lang og holder øje med om der er gæster der har brug for hjælp. Ikke på et eneste tidspunkt fik vi oplevelsen af at der forventes drikkepenge fra gæsterne. (Faktisk dejligt befriende) og alene motiverende nok til at give det. En virkelig lækker italiensk Resturant med den bedste carpaccio jeg har smagt. Alt er frisk lavet, og måske derfor en lidt lang ventetid på maden. Hyggeligste strandbar med lækre snackretter og Cocktails. Vil anbefale deres 5 tempura rejer og resten af menukortet med undtagelse af deres salater. Hotellet har mange skønne områder som tager et par dage at finde frem til. Personalet er super professionelt og deres motto må bestemt være, at alt kan løses og til gæstens fordel/glæde. Ved morgenmads buffeen fungere alt tip top. Lækket og hurtig afrydning af borde mm. En enkel ting man ikke må misforstå ved Kroatienerne er, at de ikke er smilende og udadvendte som f. Eks. på andre europæiske og amerikanske hoteller, men det er ikke min oplevelse at det skyldes uvenlighed, men derimod, at de er super målorienteret og profesionelle. Et skønt hotel som jeg på det varmeste kan anbefale.
Awesome hotel
Hotel at a beautiful location. Very nice rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing and there's several beautiful terraces to take in a beautiful sunset. The infinity pool was spectacular. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
Very pleasant, somehow luxurious, "marina life" stay
5 days stay during the COVID Disclaimer (for people complaining that LeMeridien Lev is not that luxurious): LM is a brand for "premium" hotels within Marriott group. So use this as a filter. 5* is just a local qualification. Long story short: - Pretty exceptional location with its own marina able to hold even 60-80m long vessels, - great venue, views, resort plan, super-friendly staff, - rooms are really good, Malin&Goetz amenities, balcony, very comfortable, - Dining experience: so so; hidden gem: Conlemani (!), which is truly exceptional, - Really good spa (well trained masseeurs), pools and saunas, - hard tennis courts, well maintained - if you're looking for a sandy beaches, hotel directs you to the public beach, which is kind of integrated with the whole thing - you're leaving the hotel area technically - place works as a "marina city", delivering a high quality day to day experience.
Everything closed & hotel overran with corporate events
The hotel, staff & room (vice presidential suite) are beautiful, however it is not run like a 5* hotel. Nowhere near. We arrived late in the evening to be told the 24 hour room service as advertised wasn’t available. The room was beautiful, we were happy. Breakfast was fine, on a nice terrace but very few staff for coffee etc. we took a walk around to get our bearings, excited to enjoy the beach. Everything was closed. 7 palms on the beach- closed. Beach ‘club’ and bar - closed. We tried to get some food at the small pool bar- they’d taken away all the furniture (due to an event) and I was told no food today, kitchen is closed. I could have a chicken sandwich at a wait of 30 mins (I am vegan). There was one Italian open- we had dinner reservations already tho. Our only option was room service - which charged me a second time for some forgotten Condiments! In a suite in a 5* hotel, I’ve never known anything like this. When I complained I was told “everything opens June 1st”. This is NOT mentioned on the website anywhere. The beach club says “open summer”, aparently 26 degrees at the end of May isn’t summer. The manager told me Id there was a large enough group then they would consider opening it, very rude. No apologies given. We returned to the pool- our umbrella was taken. We were told you can have it back for an hour but you must leave the pool at 6:30 for an event! The pool and beach were overrun with rowdy people, all drinking (tho we couldn’t have a drink as the bar had closed early to paying guests). There was also noise all afternoon from approximately 4pm to set up the event/test speakers etc. so you can’t use the beach club and the pool is taken over. Once again we just went to our room. The next morning there was not one free bed on the beach- again taken over by the event/corporate guests. The pool slowly filled up with noisy guests, shouting, complaining of hangovers, even playing their own music on speakers, and the pool bar with a line of 8 people waitin- all for the event. We feel like because of these 2/3 events the regular paying guests have been neglected. Again today the pool is closing early for guests because of another event- over a weekend in summer months. Absolutely not acceptable and with no prior warning. No polite notice to the room or anything to let us know. We had to learn of all these closures ourselves. We asked could we have our breakfast (already paid for) in the room if we paid the tray charge/supplement. I was told no- brekfast for two would have to be paid for all over again. Despite being in a €600 per night suite. There’s only coffee in the room, no tea making, no snacks Overall a very poorly run hotel and such a shame because it is so beautiful. Very clean, modern furnishings and very pleasant staff. We came here to relax and enjoy the beach. Instead we’ve been sat amongst hundreds of noisy event guests who have been given priority. We received no extra care nor effort, even in a suite. You simply are paying for a bigger room. So very disappointed when we were here to relax and celebrate.
