Dejlig ferie i skønne rethymnon

Dejligt hotel med super beliggenhed, tæt på centrum og med stranden lige foran hotellet, man skal være forberedt på en del larm fra nattelivet og fra vejen. fantastisk personale som er meget hjælpsomme Tusind tak for denne gang, vi kommer helt sikkert igen.

Aldrig igen - eller så højere op end 1. Sal

Boede to nætter på hotellet. Så måtte jeg give op. Hotellet er fint og hyggelig. Dejlig morgenmad. Men jeg boede på værelse 13, hvor larmen fra gaden var uudholdelig. Der var havudsigt, men også voldsom larm fra Strandboulevarden. To rockkoncerter kunne ikke give højere decibel. At naboejendommene hund så gøede meget oveni var bestemt heller ikke et plus. Der er glastynde vægge. I morgenmadsrestauranten skal du kunne acceptere bilos. Ellers bliv indenfor. Poolen er lige ud for restauranten.

Close to the city, directly on the beach, beautiful rooms with sea view and super staff.

Breakfast buffet: 5/5 Small but nice. All the food at the breakfast buffet was freshly prepared. There was also a large selection. There was fresh organic juice every morning and omlettes prepared on request with various side dishes added to the omlettes. The dessert buffet was very good, all good food. Room: 6/5 Absolutely great. Super room, super toilet, beautiful sea view. We booked the last room. It was with city view. We received a free room upgrade. We got two rooms, one bedroom and a separate living room with sofa, lounge table and sea view. Absolutely great :)) Gym: 4/5 The gym was very good for me. Good equipment. Lots of dumbbells that you can put weights on yourself. The climate in the gym was also absolutely great. Service: 6/5 I would like to emphasise the reception. He always took very good care of us and explained the region very well with helpful restaurant and shopping tips. Everyone was always super friendly from the cleaning staff to the service staff and the reception. Wifi: 6/5 The wifi was absolutely the best I have ever had in a hotel. Each room has its own access point. Parking situation: 2.5 / 5 Parking situation in general in Rethymno. There is a lot of parking at the hotel, but also a lot of cars. We always had to look for parking spaces which are often not close to the hotel.

5th Stay at the Fabulous Hotel

It could be already 6th stay, but for last year's travelling limitations, so I had to reschedule for this year. Each time I come to the Swell Boutique, I have a feeling of coming home and seeing my friends and almost relatives - the hotel team seems to be a family, they are so friendly! Of course, the service is worth every euro paid, as well as the hotel location and equipment. As I stayed here year after year, I could see some improvements in the building every time: one year they rearranged the second floor into Executive suite with their own sauna snd swimming pool, the other year they added a spa in the basement next to the gym. Then I saw shades added on the top floor room balcony, so that you can comfortably sit there when midday sun is shining on the balcony. Each time these improvements are well designed and adding more to the hotel guests' comfort, which is the top priority with the hotel team. Hotel restaurant team are as friendly as the hotel team are. The food quality is top level, with fresh organic farming products delivered from the farm regularly, so the guests can have the best and freshest food grown in absolutely clean natural environment, same as it was done in Cretan farms for centuries. This food and Mediterranean cuisine are part of the reason why I come to stay at this hotel for years, knowing I would have the warmest welcome and best comfort I could have.I brought several friends in the previous years, and they all fell in love with this hotel and its team, and each of them already came here at least twice, bringing their families! I think that speaks for itself, no additional words needed. I would recommend everyone to book this hotel and have a great stay!

Great Staff, Great Location

We stayed here 4 nights. The location is great - right on the beach. 15 minute walk to old town shops and restaurants. Very clean, room serviced daily. Staff was very helpful In arranging laundry service, receipt of important mail, document copies. Great breakfast too!
