FANTASTISK HOTEL

Et FANTASTISK sted og skønne omgivelser. FANTASTISK personale og maden i ALL- inklusiv var lækkert og varieret- til alle 3 måltider og ikke mindst en FANTASTISK service. Værelserne var en smule slidte- men dette havde en mindre betydning- da vi kun sov der og der var rent og pænt. Vi kommer HELT SIKKERT tilbage.

Best hotel for my family with diving and windsurfing

Fantastic place with diving club and wing foiling, kite and windsurfing Ion Club. A lot of activities for the family like quad in the dessert. We were 5 my wife and 3 boys and we have a fabulous time. The best above all is the people how they treat you and the service they provide . Also the food is really good with a lot of different dishes and a menu to ask anytime for a burguer or pizza. I strongly recommend the Sham Prestige Hotel. Thank you team for making our holidays so memorable.

Extraordinary relaxation

We spent 10 days here, superior room right on the beach, 40 m to the sea. I highly recommend it, it's extraordinary. A truly exceptional place for a relaxing holiday, no mega complex with thousands of tourists. We used to go to Turkey, but because of the war and hordes of Russian tourists, we changed the location to Egypt. Shams Prestige hotel is really different in personal approach. We were asked several times a day if everything was okay and if we were missing anything. Small things were solved in a matter of minutes. Perfect beach, white sand. You can quickly get used to the ebb and flow. Our first and probably not last holiday at Shams Prestige was really great.

Second stay

Second stay at this hotel. Already during my first stay, I had the feeling that it was impossible to improve the services. How wrong I was. All the services have improved, the attention of all the staff was amazing. Starting with the waiters in the restaurant who watched to see if you had already finished your drink so that they would bring another drink in time. The staff at the beach often helped to move the sunbed during the day which was heavy. We couldn't even finish the drinks on the beach and more were already brought. The cleaning of the rooms was faultless and there was always an interest in whether we were satisfied. Yes, we were very satisfied. In my opinion and my mother's opinion, Mr. Ayman Elshawadfy, the manager of the hotel and especially his heart and soul, has the main credit for this improvement. We appreciate his commitment to do his best for the satisfaction of each guest. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we look forward to your next stay.

Fantastic Stay at Shams Prestige

This was our first visit to Shams Prestige after visiting various other hotel over many years. I can honestly say this has been the best hotel we have stayed in. The hotel is on a smaller scale and is very private. Perfect if you just want to relax and unwind. At times you feel like your alone on a tropical island as it's that quiet (which is what we loved) . The staff go above and beyond all expectations and the food is excellent and so much choice. Would highly recommend this hotel and we plan to return very soon. You'll not be disappointed.
