Skønt feriested
Skønt hotel med en god service og hjælpsomt personale. Et lille minus er det sparsomme udvalg til morgenmad. Stort plus til SAFI restauranten, med lækket udvalg af kød og fisk. Personale fantastisk. Strand og pool perfekt - meget rolig selvom der var fuld booket. Området uden for hotellet er ikke af de skønneste, men tag en taxi og kør ud i området. 50 m fra hotellet ligger Oscar med stort udvalg af øl, vin og spiritus til rimelige priser
Luksus hotel
Hotellet er perfekt. Vi blev modtaget med en friskpresset juice og venligt personale. Store værelser med kæmpe badeværelse med både bruser og badekar. Eneste minus var at værelset var vendt mod vejen og om natten var der larm. Ellers super lækker morgenmadsbuffet og transport til Dubai Mall hver dag
Ajman Beach Holidays.
We spend almost 2wks, from 16/3 until 27/3 at the resort. Room number #417. It was the 2nd year in a row that we were at this hotel. I'll start by congratulating the hotel for the cleanliness and good maintenance of the rooms and premises, fitness center, pool, pool area and beach area. Also the deck chairs and sun umbrellas are good and plenty. The personel, it be at reception, entry hall restaurants and bars, is very friendly and helpfull everywhere. But, It has to be said though that we noticed an efficiency decrease in the service at both Vista restaurant and BaB outside bar. Long waiting times for order taking and food / beverage delivery were very common and not at all present last year. Also a decrease in food variation/quality and presentation could be noted. For us the evening meal is always a happy event to finish of a good day, but now it was more a necessity, a get it over and done with event. Perhaps the majority of the vacationers are ok with this, but not everybody is. Having said that, I need the praise the food and service of the Mejhana restaurant. All in all a positive vacation, but please re-evaluate the service efficiency and food choices. Thank you. P. Vandeloo Luxembourg

The hotel os rightly located on the beach with breathtaking views of the coastline and a pristine clear blue sea,most peaceful to spend Ramadan and Iftar,special Thanks to cheriza and Dawa at concierge for the grand welcome and hospitality,
An enjoyable stay in Ajman
Having stayed at another hotel in Ajman on a number of occasions, at which we saw standards significantly decline, we decided on trying the Saray. Overall we are pleased to say that we had a very enjoyable stay. As expected at the majority of up market UAE hotels, the staff are consistently welcoming, helpful and courteous. This was evident from our first arrival in the early hours of the morning, until our departure. We selected a beach front room which was excellent. Our room attendant Prabin kept it spotlessly clean, and each time that we saw him was always anxious to know if we had any further needs. We selected the all-inclusive tariff, which we found to be very acceptable. Before our stay we did note some negative reviews on the selection of beverages available. A copy of the all-inclusive beverages list is available, which once we had obtained a copy gave us a clear understanding what was included. Unlike the nearby hotel that we had previously stayed at, which offered obscure brands of beer and spirits, the Saray list included some premium brands of beer (cans) and spirits. Breakfast and lunch were excellent, dinners were not always so good. We dined in the Vista restaurant for breakfast and dinner, and Bab Al Bahar for lunch. The Bab al Bahar, located on the beach, is a fantastic location. Staff could not be more helpful. Our thanks to Faiser (Manager), Helen and Chan for making our lunchtime dining experience something special. Dinners in Vista were sometimes disappointing. While mostly buffet they are nightly themed. The seafood night was excellent. The Mediterranean night offered a live pasta station, which appeared to serve one somewhat bland tomato based sauce. A request was made for an Arrabiata sauce, the server did not understand how this made, sought advice from a colleague, and then produced a somewhat bland version of it. With minimal staff training the live pasta station could be significantly improved to include a variety of sauces including carbonara. A food temperature issue was experienced, with some buffet food almost cold on one occasion. Three of the buffet food warming trays not functioning correctly. Once reported this issue was quickly resolved, thank you Savita. One recurring disappointment was the often limited selection of cheeses, most nights without crackers. Vista offers the availability of dining outside. However a problem with this is very limited outside lighting, with the result that you have to eat in near darkness! Lights on the tables would have been appreciated. Dietary needs and a number of personal preferences were accommodated, a sincere thank you to Arun (temporary Manager) for facilitating these, and Nnamdi (waiter) who took such good care of us at meal times. While all the staff that we came in contact with were consistently helpful, one person that deserves particular mention is Rafael (Customer Care Expert). We quickly learnt the he was the go-to guy if we had any questions or needed advice on anything related to the hotel or Ajman. If he did not immediately know the answer, he would research it get back to us with an answer. Rafael you are a real star. We are hoping to return to Ajman later this year, Saray Ajman will be our preferred hotel.
