Der var rent, personalet vat hjælpsomme og at poolen var opvarmet

Maden. Stort udvalg men flere af retterne var ikke lavet færdig. Fx pastaen var ikke kogt færdig, kylling havde ikke fået nok. Det virkede som om at det gik liiigw stærkt nok med at få lavet maden

Skønt feriested

Skønt hotel med en god service og hjælpsomt personale. Et lille minus er det sparsomme udvalg til morgenmad. Stort plus til SAFI restauranten, med lækket udvalg af kød og fisk. Personale fantastisk. Strand og pool perfekt - meget rolig selvom der var fuld booket. Området uden for hotellet er ikke af de skønneste, men tag en taxi og kør ud i området. 50 m fra hotellet ligger Oscar med stort udvalg af øl, vin og spiritus til rimelige priser

Luksus hotel

Hotellet er perfekt. Vi blev modtaget med en friskpresset juice og venligt personale. Store værelser med kæmpe badeværelse med både bruser og badekar. Eneste minus var at værelset var vendt mod vejen og om natten var der larm. Ellers super lækker morgenmadsbuffet og transport til Dubai Mall hver dag

I spent 10 amazing days in Your hotel . The best beach, best food and staff . Especially big thanks to Main restaurant Team :Yana,Olga, Ganga , Vinod and all the staff ! You made my vacation time incredible.Definitely I will come next year and will recommend your hotel to all my friends and family!

New Year break in Dubai

The hotel is immaculate as are the rooms and all the staff, the food in the restaurants was delicious with plenty selections to suit all tastes, we were all inclusive this included drinks at the beach which you only needed to press a call button on the table at your sun bed to get a waiter. The hotels location is a little to be desired as there is virtually nothing around, your only options to venture from the hotel would be by getting a taxi. There was absolutely no entertainment at the hotel we arrived on the Saturday and left on the following Friday and on the Thursday before we left there was a DJ playing music that was the extent of the entertainment, not what we expected from a Luxury Collection Hotel. One thing I must mention and please be aware off we were there during the Omicron outbreak which meant we had to have a PCR test 48 hrs before leaving Dubai i asked at the Concierge and was greeted by Cheriza who advised me to take a taxi to the Majenta drive through PCR testing centre which advised was 24 hour notification after being tested however when we got to the testing station the gentleman advised due to the high number of tests being carried out it could take up to 36 hours to receive an email advising the results, be aware !!! we never got the results in the 36 hour timescale stated and if it had not been for Cheriza and another concierge assistant Hira we would not have received our results which would have resulted in our no being allowed to fly home we cannot thank Cheriza and Hira enough they went above and beyond to assist us and eventually got our results emailed to the hotel and they printed them off for us.

First time visit. Splendid!

OK, so where do I start. First of all, "Hi!" to our friend from Vienna (if he's reading this). It was nice to meet.. Meh, sorry, the "boss" is calling :). We were rather nervous due to the low ratings recently. They come mostly from the people who used to visit the hotel in the past. Based from what I've heard, it really isn't up to its own past standard and I can understand if the people feel they're not getting what they used to. But hey, it's a pandemic all around the world. I think they're doing what they can. Most of all, those 1/5 ratings are mostly angry and not deserved. It definitely isn't a 1/5 hotel, trust me. Background: We traveled as a family (one 4-year old) and booked a sea-view room. We're Europeans who did their previous vacations in southern Europe (Spain, Slovenia, ...). Rooms and the hotel. We stayed on the 9th floor and the view was amazing. There was no entertainment in the evening, but at least we weren't bothered with the outside noise. Hold on, there was an event on one evening in the hotel next door, but that too wasn't too loud and it was.. let's say culturally interesting to watch. I have no idea what that was about. Men only, danced (?) to the same song all evening, ... As I said, culturally interesting. The room and the hotel were clean, everybody was wearing masks. Room was comfy and spaceful, and we never felt cramped. However sometimes we felt weird smell from the toilet/sewerage, definitely something to improve. Food and drinks. Restaurant tables were cleaned after every visitor and tables were far enough from each other. We also never felt it would be crowded or full. If you're COVID-concerned, they do their best to make people feel safe. The selection of food was good and during our 7-night stay we never felt we had enough of something. The service and staff were friendly, amazing, and we felt welcome during our whole stay. Shout out to Andy, who on our last day's dinner just asked if we wanted our "usual". Now to the all-inclusive. Yes, it's a bit confusing and yes, it's not all-inclusive as you might be used to. But we never felt limited. The rules are understandable; but it would be better if I didn't have remember what's included and what not. Just print the menus and mark excluded food/drinks. Easy, you're welcome. Also, we never understood why we needed to sign the bills for food/drink when we never had anything outside of all inclusive. It was a bit intimidating and we were never sure if we're going to pay extra when we leave (due to some mistake) or not. Luckily, we didn't. Sea and pool. The private beach was clean, seating comfy and water swimmable even in December. Some music would improve the stay, but that's a minor. Pool was almost empty all the time, so we had plenty of space inside. Towels are provided at the pool area. For some reason, you need to write down room number, time, and how many towels you need every time you take them. Never when you return them. Passing a pen around the hotel guests doesn't seem to be safest thing these days. Other notes you might be interested in. Hotel provides a free shuttle to the Dubai Mall, leaving on 12 and returning on 20 hours. However the taxi seemed to be cheap (we never used it) and Careem seems to be a good choice for visitors. The surroundings are not very interesting for people who want entertainment. There seems to be a plaza with future shops/restaurants being prepared, but it looked it needs couple of months before the shops are opened. As for the buying, just go to the LULU hypermarket and nearby shops. Also, don't forget to claim your free SIM card at the passport control. It contains 1GB of data valid 24 hours from the activation. If there are two of you, that's 2 days of data for your trips outside of hotel. And you can always buy a package if you need more.
