Excellent experience- September 4th - 15th

The hotel is in a perfect location, the cleanliness is of a very high standard. Staff are friendly and attentive. Food is of a good acceptable standard. Would definitely return on future visits. Cannot fault the hotel, if I were to give any feedback for future improvements, it would be that during the months that are not young and lively such as May / September, more hotel entertainment would be welcomed by many guests. Overall very satisfied. Prior to the stay, I was slightly concerned about reviews and feedback. But you have to remember it is Ayia Napa and any stay in certain hotels will be very different dependant upon the time of the season. September 4th - 15th, no problems at all. Thank you to all the staff for a lovely stay.

Good hotel and location, negative experience with staff entering and taking from room

The hotel is in a great location and all the facilities were in great condition. There was always plenty of choice on all inclusive basis including drinks. The hotel would benefit from providing bottles of water at the bar rather than pouring a glass of water out of the bottle, this would save alot of waste as there are fridges in the room. The cleaners didn't change our bedding in a week and they making of the bed was poor but nothing we couldn't handle. We had my Sons hat taken from our room, this was reported but not returned. This was disappointing as we know it could have only been the staff that took it. No one else had access to our room. My son refused to wear the hat and was taken off the shelf above the safe. The wardrobe could do with having doors for privacy of personal belongings so that items weren't on display to be taken so easily. Other people also reported items been faken from rooms whilst we were there. Overall the hotel and location is great just a shame the theft of something of little value has left disappointing negative thoughts. We did use the safe for valuables but no privacy for clothes or other belongings which let's the hotel down. My son also said a cleaner entered the room without reason late afternoon with no explanation.

Swiming pool only until 6 afternoon. Not mentioned in reservations webside, Booking.com, With 40° you want to go pool late afternoon but not allowed if i knew i would not come. Veranta has bo ventilation and can not sit more than 5 min

Family friendly

Had the best stay at this hotel, rooms, staff, food typical buffet but always find something fresh omelette and pancakes for breakfast. Some rowdy groups but George and staff keep on top of it. Hotel is immaculate. Always found sunbeds. Good family vibe. Would definitely recommend location amazing everything within walking distance.

Brilliant

The most gorgeous hotel the location is amazing everything you need as soon as you walk out the hotel rooms are very clean and upto date breakfast was lovely and loads of options to choose from pancakes with chocolate syrup was my favourite the staff around the pool area and bar were amazing can't wait for my next visit I wouldn't book to stay anywhere else after my visit thankyou for a brilliant stay x
