Wish we had stayed longer

A great hotel in a convenient location just off Plaza el Charco, lovely room, staff helpful and friendly, a pool with a view and great food at the rooftop bar and restaurant. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Would stay here again.

Amazing stay

We stay at this hotel because we love the location. The members of the staff are amazing, always looking after you. Our room was very clean and with very comfortable bedding. The terrace in our room was very especios with very modern decor. The breakfast just was amazing with very good selection of hot and continental selection. The area offers very good quality local restaurants. The terrace o the pop floor was just perfect with the amazing service of oscar and the rest of the team . We highly recommend this hotel. Thank you all very much congratulations to the Management

Fantastic.

Brilliant hotel in the heart of historic Puerto de la Cruz. The rooms were very clean and modern. The staff were helpful and friendly and the A/C worked perfectly (which if you are not used to the heat is a godsend), but the best bit has to be the rooftop breakfast/lounge/bar area. It was just lovely. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in Puerto de la Cruz.

Excellent

We stayed in this excellent hotel for 10 days, which is ideally located in a quiet, pedestrianised street in the heart of the town. Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious and well appointed and our balcony had a great view of Tiede over the rooftops. All staff were very friendly and helpful. There are cafes and restaurants a stone’s throw away. We can’t wait to return next year.

Fab 3 star hotel delivers excellence

Stayed here with my teenager for a week and had a fabulous time. The hotel is a solid 3 star hotel, very clean, modern and staff friendly and efficient. Location is excellent, in the heart of the old city. Many cafes, restaurants and shops nearby (the little boutique across the street and the place serving pinchos around the corner to the left among our favourites). We had room 305 with balcony which gave lovely view out onto the street and surrounding mountains. The hotel itself is quiet, and the noise and bustle from the street died down at night. The hotel is a short walk to the central bus station, beach and Lagos Martinez so it's very easy to get around. There are lots of little plazas and squares in the area, too, with beautiful planting. The spread for breakfast is plentiful and varied, and the crowning jewel is the rooftop terrace with pool. It is a complete suntrap and gives fab views over the rooftops with the sea to the right and Mount Teide to the left. They also make the best mojitos in the evening 👌I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to fellow travellers. I could imagine feeling very safe here as a solo traveller too.
