Fantastic stay

We stayed at the Akis studios for 2 weeks from 27/7-10/8 and had a fantastic time. Apartments were immaculate as were all of the public areas and Akis and his parents could not have been more accommodating. The swimming pool was the cleanest we have ever seen and the staff work incredibly hard 7 days a week to maintain the standards. Parga itself was beautiful but very busy! Would 100% return but definitely out of peak season!

Akis, you are a one off

We had room 7, on 2nd floor and with forethought I should have asked for a lower floor as there was a few steps and I have an arthritic knee. I managed up and down, and the rooms are very roomy, extremely clean and well maintained. The afternoon sun just shines into your room and in August it's HOT, but there is aircon which you pay 10 euro a day for. The pool is so well kept and due to being VERY busy on the beach we stayed round the pool every day. Akis has a bar and when the shutters are up he serves, there is no food option. His mother Elanie was about everyday and if you needed anything just ask either of them. I would recommend staying at Akis due to Akis and the position of the apartments across the road from Dokos restaurant and easy access to the town centre. Also his two ladies that are in every day cleaning are amazing.

OK location, but not a welcoming atmosphere

Do not go there with children. We had been at the pool 5 minutes and my son at 9 was reprimanded several times for jumping in the pool, which he didn't,so as one of the other guests was excusing Akis. Akis and his mom is constantly there but you get the feeling they actually do not like having guests. Location is in walking distance of the town, but noise and traffic can be heard from the main road. Not suited for disabled, many stairs.

A fantastically located apartment with everything you need

Located only a short walk away from the main town. Akis Studio’s was a real find. Spacious clean rooms with everything you need. A fabulous pool and pool area which is very peaceful. Lovely hosts who were very accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Excellent holiday 2021

23rd aug - 6th sept . A great stay at Akis studios . The rooms and surroundings were kept very clean. A short walk into parga town where you will find many bars and restaurants. Beautiful beach and harbour. A great holiday and would love to return.
