Wonderful stay

We’ve just returned home after a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in lovely Rethymno . Centrally placed in old town Rethymno.The hotel is spotless and very traditionally furnished.We had a lovely suite and son a normal room ,both were lovely ,clean towels everyday and beds very comfortable.Breakfast was plentiful and lots of choices. The staff are really friendly always service with a smile and helpful .A big Thank you to everyone for helping us have a wonderful holiday and we will be returning .

Excellent - family feel, lots of character, amazing service!

This property was our second choice after having to cancel our 2020 and 2021 trips to Crete for obvious reasons. We think we really lucked out - the hotel decor has an authentic “old” feel to it, which is probably due to great interior design, but looks natural! It has retained all the Venetian features and you are literally stepping back in time in this converted palazzino. We had a great welcome from Apostolis, the General Manager (Apostolis went above and beyond as we departed when he dragged our suitcases through the streets because our booked taxi driver decided to refuse to pick us up at the hotel, Apostolis certainly gave him a piece of his mind - legend!) Too many staff to name check, but they were all great. John, who was the first member of staff we met and was lovely and friendly throughout, Panayotis, Joanna, and especially the wonderful chambermaids, thank you all for a great stay. If you are in Rethymno and want Old Town charm, head to the Corina!

A wonderful return to this lovely hotel

As a couple we have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the years. We missed our stay in 2021 due to the lockdown. Things have only improved, wonderful rooms and an exceptional breakfast. The staff are so friendly and we had a great welcome back. The hotel is the best placed in Rethymno old town for the night life and historic attractions. We will return again. Steve & Judy

Fantastic

Beautiful boutique hotel. The staff are absolutely amazing! Rooms are quaint and quirky, beautiful balconies and a lovely ( but small) Court yard garden and plunge pool. Food at hotel fabulous and the breakfast has a wide choice.

Great food and amazing staff

Incredible food and amazing staff, service was great and the staff had a great sense of Humour, for our first night in Crete it made the holiday very memorable. Ask the staff for any recommendations on dishes and trust their advice, great people great food would highly recommend!
