great location and staff

A lovely, boutique hotel in an old building. Rooms weren't large but very nicely decorated and fitted - excellent modern shower. Quite quiet despite the presence on a main square. The staff were superb, especially the smiling, helpful people on reception. The rooftop bar is a great place for an aperitif, with a good view of the cathedral. Breakfast at €12 was good value. Location in the old town is perfect, with a good choice of nearby local restaurants.

Boutique to the next level

Seldom received such a warm welcome. And, even more important, the receptionist stayed so friendly and she was always in for a little chat. The rooftop terrace experience did not meet my criteria the first time, but see: that was acknowledged and corrected next time. Then you understand hospitality! Breakfast can feel a little bit cramped because of the small, yet cosy room. It features a more classic, continental (breads of different kind, pre prepared sandwiches) of breakfast. And: good coffee! Rooms are all different and differ in size and decoration. Some won't have windows that can be opened. But this is what 'boutique' all means right? Not your 13 in a dozen hotel. You'll love it here in the center of Vegueta!

Fabulous stay in beautiful Los Palmas!

Beautiful hotel in the old town of Los palmos. Set in a beautiful square overlooking the magnificent cathedral. They had our room ready when we arrived even though it was early. We had a duluxe room overlooking the cathedral. The room was quite big, modern, great aircon, rainshower, large TV and sofa/sofabed. The hotel is a lovely boutique style set within a beautiful old building. We had breakfast included which set us up for the day. Largely continental but with some scrambled eggs and some bacon. It was plentiful for us. The bar on the rooftop is beautifully appointed with fabulous views. Great for a cocktail or two in the evening. All staff were really friendly and chatty and really wanted you to have a great stay. This hotel is the perfect choice if you want to stay in the old town which I recommend you do!

Fantastic staff

Stayed here a few times this summer and must say it was a joy every time , such friendly and pleasant staff just make this place a Las Palmas gem! I recommend the superior room as views of the square is quite something but not to worry if unavailable as the roof terrace bar has a view you will not forget with again great staff there to pour the drinks. Such a rare find to see a place that ticks all the boxes but this does in every way

Vilket hotell, i bästa läget!

Fantastiskt hotell med absolut bästa läge i den gamla delen av Las Palmas. Fick berättat att det för länge sedan var ett privat boende vilket märks. Inredningen är varm och vacker. Kulturminnesmärkt. Rummen..... underbara. Lyxiga och med inbjudande känsla. Sköna sängar, badrummen är toppmoderna och även de med lyxkänsla. Frukosten var bra men saknade riktigt gott kaffe. Kaffemaskinen borde ersättas med en hederlig kaffebryggare. Takterrassen härlig att sitta på eftermiddagen med en drink e d, även sent efter middagen med den mörka himlen och ljusen från husen på bergen runtom som stjärnor i natten. Personalen...... sällan mött så servideminded människor. Som du förstår är jag mycket förtjust i stället.
