Vi havde en skøn uge på dette helt nye voksenhotel. Hotellet er smukt placeret direkte ved lagune/strand. Værelset var en Junior Suite , stort og velindrettet med fantastisk liggestol på terrassen. Personalet er nyt og skal lige køres ind, men det hele kører i afslappet og cool stil. Morgenmadsbuffeten er god med kæmpe udvalg og flere friske juicer og smoothies at vælge imellem . Der er en fantastisk sol/lounge terrasse på toppen, hvor eftermiddags og aftensolen kan nydes. De laver gode drinks i baren. Der er et stort udvalg til aftensmads buffeten . Du skal vælge dette sted, hvis du værdsætter naturskøn beliggenhed og fred, smukke sandstrande og lækre værelser. Hvis du vil ud og spise skal du køre efter det.

Fully recommended

Really enjoyed our stay and fully recommend staying at the hotel! We especially liked: - Recently renovated, modern style in good condition - Spacious room with large balcony and nice view - Friendly and good service everywhere (reception, restaurant, housekeeping etc) - infinity pool and walking distance to large beach - handled Covid-19 situation well. Yes, some of the measures might be a bit annoying, but they made the best out of it. We felt very safe at all times. And on the plus side it wasn't very busy, so you always found a nice spot at the pool/beach/restaurant - Food. Presentation, variety and taste were excellent. I'm always a bit sceptical towards buffets, but they managed very well and exceeded expectations. - Sports. The gym was closed due to Covid-19. But you can go for nice beach runs and there are two sports classes a day with a very nice and competent instructor. Room for improvement: - aircon didn't work on our first room. When we made staff aware of the situation and they couldn't solve the problem, they immediately offered us to change to a room with working aircon, which we did and appreciated. - it wasn't possible to open a window in the bathroom and there wasn't any ventilation system.

Lovely break

Lovely relaxing break with a friend for some winter sun. Very quiet resort but a perfect location for a stylish ‘fly & flop’. Rooms are gorgeous and the sea is stunning- even in November we were out swimming in it everyday. Would love to visit again!

Making this review fully recognizant of the enforced restrictions for Covid-19 for the Hotel, as these restrictions are likely here for the foreseeable future and upcoming bookers should consider. Location is unbeatable. Almost on Sotovento Beach. Incredible views. Hotel takes every precaution against Covid 19 virus. Rooms, Public areas, and Pools are constantly sanitised to a very high standard, masks worn everywhere [Pool exempt but distanced] with addition of gloves required in Restaurant unless eating. You will be safe here! We had inside room, basic furniture only but comfortable large twin beds, large open terrace with good double lounger and chair. Staff helpful and friendly with one exception! That sums up the good points! Food was another matter. Buffet for all meals. Breakfast has vast choice of both cooked & cold dishes. Cooked food,[Bacon, Eggs, Sausage etc.] was, at best, only tepid in every breakfast we had. Evening meal likewise and some of the meats served were tough. If you are prepared to exist on cold dishes and salads you will have no problem, but not of the standard I expect from a 4 star. Coup de Gras was the butter pat supplied on the last evening which, when unwrapped, was green with mould. Apologies made by Chef, but inexcusable practice in a properly regulated kitchen regime, Covid 19 or not! The one customer service exception was at the reception desk. My lighter had expired and when asked if the Hotel could provide a box of matches or a lighter was told this was not possible, and to seek elsewhere, none available for a customer! That night we were too late arriving at the Bar and Restaurant to see the several hundred candles on tables spontaneously combust! This is an expensive Hotel, we spent almost €700 on 4 nights [no, not on alcohol]. Before booking consider alternatives and make sure the reviews are post Covid 19, unfortunately we went by all reviews, most pre Covid 19, and regretted it and made expensive mistake! We will not be returning.

Nice rooms and facilities but lunch is poor

Nice hotel near the beach with a decent infinity pool. The room is new and clean. Communal area around the pool is well-kept and sanitized. Good hygiene measures for Covid-19 at the restaurant (masks and gloves are mandatory at the buffet. However, the quality of lunch is very poor. The chef seems to cook however she/he pleases and does not follow what’s written in the menu. For example, red curry shrimp & vegetables noodles did not come with red curry but some other kind of sauce (twice). The pull pork sandwich coleslaw came with some dreadful looking red cabbage only. The service staff always helped to fix the situation but the kitchen just never gets it right in the first place!!! If something is not available, it would have been appreciated to inform the guest in advance. The quality of food is not bad but if you want exactly what you have ordered - you will have to play Russian roulette.
