Vi rejser meget, men det var virkelig fantastisk det her hotel. Personalet var enorm flinke og hjælpsomme. Maden var super lækkert. poolen dejlig varm. friske håndklæder hver dag, ikke en fingre at sætte på noget.

At vi er vendt tilbage 8 gange, siger vist det hele!!

Fandt første gang hotellet kort tid efter det åbnede, jeg er nu kommet der gennem 25 år, og mine børn er opvokset med ferier på Tenerife! De er siden fløjet fra reden, men jeg er simpelthen så glad for at have fundet dette vidunderlige hotel med dets vidunderlige personale. Mange tak Kev Bristol

Luksus med afslappet atmosfære

Super hotel hvor man roligt kan tilvælge halvpension. Alt er bare i orden. Måske det bedste hotel vi har boet på.

Excellent Staff

A last minute change to our hotel as we were booked into the virus hit H10 Costa Adeje Palace. Reception was excellent. Well greeted and informed. Escorted to our room on golf cart. Room was spacious, we booked a garden villa. (If we got quarantined in this hotel we at least had somewhere to sit outside). Plenty of storage, including a walk in wardrobe. Tea,coffee facilities available but no kettle. There was a coffee machine instead. This however doesn't get the water hot enough for making tea.We survived and had we asked I am sure a kettle would have been provided. bathroom was spacious with a good bath and separate shower. Plenty of shampoo,soap etc plus comb,shaving kit. Our garden had sun loungers, chairs and table plus a whirlpool.All good. Dining was of a very good standard. Breakfast was the usual type of fayre with fresh cooking stations in operation for eggs,pancakes, etc.Then there was the usual continental style plus English style food available. Dinner was also very good.A decent amount of choice. Every night had a theme..Spanish, American etc.Food was of a very good standard in general.I wasn't a particular fan of the suites but that is a personal choice. Plastic plates and cutlery are available for the little ones. Hand sanitiser was available at the food islands. I think it should have been at the entrance to the dining area and everybody made to use it. (not every body did). It should be standard practice anyway regardless. Hotel grounds were well maintained and clean. One pool was out of action for most of the time while we were there( we knew before we booked). This hotel is on a hillside overlooking Adeje which gives good views. It is about ten mins to get to the seafront. However to get back it is a steep climb. I believe the hotel does run a shuttle service. Staff at the hotel were always friendly from the housekeepers to the turn down lady to reception and the waiting staff. Particular mention to Lkadi (I think that was his name) . A credit to the hotel . The hotel was not working at full capacity as they had had many cancellations due to corona virus so getting food, finding a sun lounger was relative easy.

Not sufficient quality in service for a 5* hotel

Fact: Statistically compared to approximately 40 other 5* hotels we stayed at. Pros: -Decent breakfast -We liked the sunbeds, pool area and general setting of the hotel -room is spacious and balcony views lovely. -aqua gym -gym Cons: -Requests from house keeping not being met despite asking several times (and in spanish) -At breakfast a real mixed service level. Guests should be made to feel welcome at all times. We were met with some very grumpy waiters (not all of them!). Certain requests made were completely forgotten. - 1/3 missing of the buffet by 10:30 despite it closing at 11 am. And it all looking like bit of a jumble sale. - An insect in a salad at lunch - it happens, but no offer to take it off the bill. -horrendous internet, asking for reconnection codes approximately every 2 minutes. - Intermittent reception on several of the TV channels - so you basically cant watch those,bathroom mirror falling off the the wall.

Great venue, but for the price and rating, the service hardly matched a 3 star level.

-Breakfast staff arguing with each other in front of customers eating. -As water had run out at the buffet table, the waiter replied " I'll put it back and then you can go pick it up yourself". - Waiting staff was hardly smiling or showing care, no napkins or coasters. - Before the end of the breakfast time, told by the staff that they started cleaning the coffee machine so we couldn't have any, and were told briskly to hurry up with eating. - Pool orders took ages, or were forgotten. - No spa facilities accessible free of charge, never seen this in a 4+ stars hotel. - Sheets only changed after 5 nights (hot climate beach location). - Had to request shower gel twice before we finally received it late at night as the cleaner forgot to replace it. - At check in, we were told that despite check in hour is 2pm, we had to wait until the previous guest was ready to leave. We were called at 4:30pm to finally access the room. - We were granted late checkout at 2pm. At 1.35pm we went to collect the luggage from the room, and the key card had already been deactivated. We had to politely ask the cleaner to let us in to collect our belongings, and she kept chasing us to get out ASAP. - Constantly being talked down by staff as we were naughty teenagers simply because we were the only two young women in a majority of 50+ years old guests. - No entertainment on the property except for a piano bar singer at dinner time (which was 7pm - German dinner time that is, not Spanish).
