Great choice at this price!
Perfect location, clean hotel, nice and always smiling staff ready to help, nice quality of food (maybe except the sea fruits - there were not several different ones during our stay but really good so this is the only thing I would not recommend), tasty wine. Big plus for an outside shower next to the pool to use after visiting the sea. Because of the covid there was some restriction in the hotel, mostly seen at the restaurant - u could not take your food by yourself - there is staff who is putting it on your plate but that's not a big deal. Dissapointed about the animation - aquaaerobic was disastrous - the moves of thw eterntainment werw nice but to dance zumba not to do in the pool. Both of animators were smiling but non of them spend their time to talk to the guessts. It would be nice if there could be some music during the day on the pool because therw is nothin going on. In the hotel there is also a gym, it's quite ok but there would be nice if there would be some mats available. Would be great if there would be a streching or yoga classes during the day. Hotel is nice, clean and in the end despite some things we didn't like I would recommend it.
Went alone, solid people, solid place
So first off, all inclusive is good, single available free bar but worked well due to being next to pool and being open for pretty much all of the day. The hotel may not look incredible upon entry due to being around other hotels but was surrounded by a mountain range and a gorgeous sea. The hotel itself was very nice and always tidy. Found the receptionists a little.. rigid and unemotional but that could be a cultural thing or whatever, no real issue there. The entertainment may have been a little young for a 24 year old but it was a place for families so I cant complain there either. The primary highlight, apart from the sun and free drink and giant mountain range was the people. Now im not talking about how obscenely gorgeous everyone was... which they were.. but it was the bar staff and especially the entertainment crew, I didnt get many names but I believe Shiela and Jerko (i think) were always friendly, talking to me when they could in the day, always having insane amounts of energy during their performance and even offering to eat with me. Now I went alone and expected to be alone, I do like my own space but they ensured that I felt as though I could chat to someone if I wanted to. I do however want to push one fact. The energy they gave was insane, both due to the heat and the constant nature of their performances through the day, every day...it was impressive, almost admirable. Solid consistent workers. I would hire them if I could but not sure Social work needs a Spider man and a Cabaret girl... maybe to cheer people up? Not sure what free time they get but damn thats some hard work, always professional. The other entertainers were good but they didnt have as much energy. Good hires! The jazz team were solid as well, not sure it was used enough but not everyone likes jazz like i do. Solid trip, good hotel, enjoyable company. Thanks to all, and I didnt get any sass for getting two beers when the bar closed so...win all round. Oh and the massages were super cheap and solid. So whoever was the masseuse, credit to you as well. (she was in the Arga hotel but still, allays friendly and didnt even mention my weird hairy shoulder haha, IM NOT SHAVING IT) Good trip, Thanks to the bar staff-Toni and Lucinda, and the young guy with spiky hair) Thanks to entertainers Jerko and Shiela Thanks to the masseuse. All professional, all friendly.
Spend 2 nights here for the weekend. The staff are friendly and the hotel is located on the beach front, less than 5 minutes walk. You can also take park if water sports activities on the beach for a good price! Good food and drink options included in all inclusive facilities.
Not enough sunbeds
Hotel is very clean and the staff are excellent. I would like to mention Ivanka who looked after our room she was brilliant. The food and drink was good for such a large amount of guests. My only moan was about the sunbeds. I managed to get one for one day in the eleven we stopped there because you would have to put your towel on during the night it would seem. This is a problem the management should be monitoring . Not suitable for elderly people too many steps for everywhere you go.
Poor overall and very expensive.
The hotel is spotless and the staff work so hard to cater for the guests. Our room was modern and clean, the bathroom could have been modernised, shower door was broken and the toilet flush inadequate had to flush more than once each time it was used. Towels changed every day and bedding changed midweek. The walls in the rooms must be wafer thin as you can hear conversations from the adjoining room. Food in the restaurant was really good and varied, lots of choice. The worst thing about our stay was the all inclusive drinks package, this was really poor, probably the worst all inclusive I’ve ever had. Beer was okay but the spirits choice consisted of vodka, gin or whiskey, the wine Consisted of white or red....this was barely drinkable, there was no rose or sparkling wine, although if there was this would probably be the same quality as the other wines. The mixers/soft drinks were awful. It seemed the only way to have a decent quality drink was to pay for branded drinks and branded mixers, one rum and coke plus gin and tonic was roughly £13 this could work out very expensive if you bought drinks each night Of your stay. It seemed there wasn’t enough sun beds for the number of guests staying at the hotel, also if you weren’t at the pool for about 8am forget about a sun bed for the rest of the day, some people were putting towels on loungers from 6am. Overall our family had a relaxing week away and the position of the hotel Is good, located at the quieter end of the resort. The views across the Adriatic were stunning and the coastal road from Split to the resort (2 hours) is a lovely drive and the scenery helps the time pass. A week stay at this hotel is very expensive and would recommend looking elsewhere to spend your hard earned money, I would not visit this hotel again although I would visit the country.
