Hoping to receive email that makes me go back and see the nice staff again because they became my friends now.
Apoorv, Yuliia, and Daniel were very very friendly and nice people. I appreciate them alot. I think they should get higher job in the hotel. All of the staff were dedicated, consistent, accountable and dependable... I hope who read this should thank them alot and give them what they need. Thank you very much for your warm hospitality. I enjoyed a lot my stay at your hotel which I can say that is excellent as a Hotel, there is a great Services. I will do my best to come back and spend more time with the staff.
Stayed there a few times and the staff and service really leave one with a strong desire to return - dining establishments well managed and good pool and amenities Hakkasan located on premises along with a number of fine dining options in the same compound a few buildings apart
This is an excellent hotel. I was here for three nights on business and needed the butler service for some requests. Roshan and Nino were super helpful. I also needed to change my checkout at short notice and this was catered for. Ultimately nothing was too much trouble and the service was genuine. It’s in a great location and I ate in one of the restaurants and went to the rooftop bar. All great! Well done!
I was in the hotel on vacation with me sister. Modern, comfortable hotel in typical orient style. Nice personal. Very good meal. Our Butler Kapil was every time helpful. Service was perfect. I can only recommend it!
Terrible Customer Service - Profiting off of Corona Virus
The full story. We were visiting India and had a stop over in Doha Qatar. On our return which was designed to give us a day to see Doha and we chose the St. Regis for our stay. On the eve of our return flight through Doha, Qatar imposed a travel ban which meant we couldn't leave the airport. We reached out to the St. Regis to say we were just informed that we can no longer leave the airport and stay at the hotel. We'd like a refund of our pre-paid room fee, or a credit at another property when the travel ban is lifted. The St. Regis replied with a flat no....we're keeping the money even though the reason you are not here is because the government, within the last 24 hours, said you can't leave the airport. That seems like such obvious bad corporate citizenship. We've never seen anything like it. We've stayed and reviewed amazing brands all over the world...Four Seasons, Belmond, Mandarin Oriental, all of them and I'm confident that none of them would pull such a short sighted and slimy maneuver like this. It's really stunningly disappointing.
