Hotelli tasoonsa verrattuna ok. Mutta huone (719) ei vastannut nettikuvien mukaisuutta (pieni). Likainen parveveke tasannasse tosin oli ok.
Kuvia voisi olla useammasta huonetyypistä jos ovat kovinkin erilaisia. Huone/ rapujen siivous voisi olla täsmällisempään.

Alle var snille og hjelpsomme
Steds-ansvarlig far Apollo burde fulgt oss til hotellet for å se at vi fikk det vi hadde bestilt. Det fikk vi IKKE. Måtte krangle og diskutere med hotellet midt på natten for å få rom som bestilt og betalt.

Apparat på trimrom fungerte ikke. Mat var tilpasset det store flertall av gjester, som var indere. En del indere var fulle og bråkete på natta, og kan ha måttet erstatte inventar på sitt rom.

God beliggenhet med nærhet til restauranter, butikker, minibank, og tur i retning direkte ned til strand fra hovedvei. Hyggelig og familievennlig. Svømmebasseng med solsenger og fin uteplass. Hjelpsomt personale.
Rom og leiligheter som har direkte utsikt til uteplass og svømmebasseng er veldig attraktive. Enkelte rom og leiligheter i bakgården gir et for dårlig inntrykk i forhold til beskrivelsen fra Apollo.

Vi lyckades byta rum och fick en suite högst upp, men till viss kostnad
Här måste Apollo ha bättre koll på hotellen, vårt hotell hade mögel i första rummet vi tilldelades, otroligt smutdiga, äckliga kuddar när man tog av örngotten, urdålig städning, servicen förfärlig, tog 24 timmar att få extra toarullar, evinnerliga strömavbrott, mycket störning från byggnation, återkommande avloppstömningar med lukt som följd, störande ljud från konferensanläggningen.

Made iur trip memorable

We have visited here in big group of safe shop all total 197 person. We have enjoyed a lot here. Quiet clean hotel, swimming pool was very clean. Very tasty food, room were clean & provided good amenities. Will recommend to visit n stay once if you are in Goa. Candolim n calanghut beaches are on walking distance. Thanks a lot to management for providing such an excellent service.

Disappointing Stay

This was our third visit to Goa and first to this hotel having previously stayed at the Phoenix Park Inn and Fortune Acron which we were unable to book again as they were not offered on London flights. No way can this hotel be classed as 4 star as sold by TUI. I always give an honest feedback on hotels where I stay and appreciate that 4 star in India is probably not quite the same standard as elsewhere in the world but this hotel not only is in serious need of a refurb but also a total deep clean would not go amiss. Our bathroom was filthy - there was a collection of dirt/dust in the corners where it had not been cleaned properly and there was thick black mould around the extractor fan, sockets, walls etc. The towels at times looked like they were dirty towels that had been removed from other rooms, they were grey and stained. Worst of all was the bedding which was only changed once during our stay and the clean bedding fitted was in a worse state than the dirty bedding that had been removed. It was stained and holed. My partner took photos and went to reception to complain and the maid returned immediately to change it again and said there was a problem with the laundry. We had several issues with the room safe and this had to be changed as it could not be fixed. It was a pointless security system as when it had to be changed, the guy just lifted it up and carried it out of the room, it was not even fixed to the wall! The restaurant is too small to cater for the number of hotel guests at breakfast time, there are only 3 tables for 2 people and if these were being used you had to sit on large tables shared by other guests and at times Indian guests who were very rude. We would leave belongings on the table so we could get our food and when we returned they had taken our places at the table. We also often had to wait as there was no hot water to make drinks, no cutlery, no glasses etc. I could not fault the staff as they were very friendly and did their best to help. I have brought these issues to TUI's attention and after waiting 10 days for a reply got the impression that they really were not interested, they have had our money and are no longer bothered. Their after service clearly leaves a lot to be desired. We always book our excursions through Johns Boat Tours on the main road, excellent value and very friendly knowledgeable guides. I would thoroughly recommend the overnight houseboat trip cost about £65 each including all food and drink. The view of the sunset from the boat was amazing. The restaurants in Candolim were again excellent, just to mention a few The Mermaid, Grills n Curries, Fishermans Cove, Jazz Cafe and Ankara. I would also strongly recommend Dom's Shack on the beach, staff really friendly and can't do enough for you. Anita does an excellent pedicure & massage in between selling her goods. If you want any swim shorts or tops, buy from Kris the beach seller, excellent quality goods. We will definitely return to Candolim but would not come back to this hotel.

Best for family holidays

I have a very pleasant stay with my family. I had been suggested by my friends to stay at this place and i was extremely satisfied with my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was good. I was helped by Ms. Nisha from delhi co-operate for my bookings and was able to get the best price.We were welcomed by the staff with refreshments. One of the things that i loved about my stay was that at night there were performance by dancers and musicians.I would recommend this to all and would love to visit it again in my future visits to Goa.

Very poor thomsons relations

Went here for a 2 weeks holiday hotel clean and not too baldly situated for bars and restaurants approx 20 mins walk to beach. This hotel does cater for a lot of Indian business men and families so these are coming and going every other day .It can get pretty noisy in the morning and at early hours of the morning with these but the management does try to keep on top of this.I had a problem while I was in hotel and was rushed to hospital the staff at reception were brilliant but the thomsons rep was useless we asked for his help and he told us no chance it's my day off 2 days after we asked for his help again this was 7.00am in the morning he said he was busy and would get back to us .It got to 5.30pm and I was rushed back to hospital again rep was no good for any help.When we got back to UK and made.a complaint to thomsons reply was we will look in to it and may have to retrain staff for me this man should have been sacked along with a few more thomsons staff. 6 days in a emergency ward with no contact from a tour operator is scandalous on behalf of thomsons
