Det må siges at være en af vires største oplevelser meget fint hotel super personale og meget rent alle steder vil helt klart anbefale at bruge penge på der club så kan man spise morgen mad i fred og ro fordi her er rigtig mange mensker så at man kan side nogen Lunde roligt om morgen og spise er luksus plus så der let snak det meste af dagen man ved det vel på forhånd men det er meget dyrt vi var hos delfinerne meget stor oplevelse som man betaler en del for men så vil de så ha enu mere for de billeder de står og tager og det lige i overkanten over 200 kr for et bilede og man har ikke selv mulighed for at tage billeder alt i alt fedt hotel brug endelig hotel taxa meget luksus for meget små penge og de køre pænt pas på luksus taxa i byen de siger de er på taxa meter men de tæller hurtigt så det bliver meget dyrt vi kommer med sikkerhed tilbage igen
Not so happy
Been to Atlantis the palm earlier this month to take my family for a very short vacation. I had booked 3 rooms, the cleanliness and calmness were great and each room was provided with a bag the had a sanitizer and a box of masks. We went to the royal pool and I have seen the social distancing was taken in a serious manner which was comforting. We ordered drinks and food from the bar, everything was tasty and good, and we had the waitress Carlene with us all the time who was great with us. As for dinner, we had a booking at Hakkasan, We are used to the atmosphere of the same restaurant in Abu Dhabi, but the one in Dubai wasn’t as great. The atmosphere was not enjoyable because the music was too loud and we can barely hear each other , the difference between AbuDhabi menu and Dubai menu is huge plus the taste and flavors are not really the same which is something we didn’t like. I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant for someone who suffers from anxiety and panic attacks * because the atmosphere gave me a panic attack*. The other thing wasn’t great is that we arrived on time of our reservation but the table wasn’t ready for us. The next morning we enjoyed the breakfast at Kaleidoscope and then went to Aquaventure. We have requested a late checkout but we weren’t given the time we asked for although it used to be easy before. And the people answered my call from guest services weren’t really nice!! Upon checkout, we requested for concierge to help us with luggage and it took them such a long time to arrive. Although the kids enjoyed their time over there, we are having second thoughts about going to the hotel again!
Exceptional Service and a truly great staycation
Thank you, Atlantis for a great staycation. The service from staff, resort-wide, was beyond exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, going above and beyond to look after us and make sure our stay was memorable. We stayed on a half board basis (highly recommended) and chose to stay in a club room to take advantage of the extra benefits - a high floor room with palm view and access to the club lounge. The half board basis allowed us to eat at all the open restaurants, we just had to ensure we booked in advance. Some restaurants (Nobu, Hakkasan and Ossiano) had additional supplements to dine, but was 100% fairly priced and well worth the additional cost. Food was great at all, especially Nobu. During the day we used the Royal Pool area to sunbathe and relax. The pool itself was perfectly chilled and the resort grounds are spotless and well maintained. To touch on the COVID aspect - I felt 100% safe and well looked after for the entire stay. Everybody from guests to staff wore masks and hand sanitiser was available everywhere. The assisted buffet set up for breakfast was also well run with mask and glove-wearing staff plating your food as you chose what you wanted from each buffet counter. Overall a superb staycation - highly recommend to families and couples alike.
Excellent Family Stay
It was awesome and superb staying there, Staff was very good, Food was very good, Hygiene was very good. will go again if got chance with family. Aquaventure was very good. I will give 7* for over all.
A birthday flop
I had booked a stay-cation for my family of 4. We underestimated our comfort requirement with our daughter of 3 and son, whom was turning one, that weekend. Upon the second day of our 3 day stay, I went to consult with the royal majlis check in team, and was pleasantly surprised at their quick and complimentary upgrade to a suite. This massively improved our happiness. However found the floors of both the rooms to be moist and soggy. I imagine from the continuous sanitisation spraying that is done. This made all the ground in dirt lift to your socks and feet, and really left us feeling gross, to a point where we really didn't feel comfortable allowing our son to crawl on the floor. Quality of food for roomservice was overpriced and average at best, and the Italian restaurant we dined at one night, to be the same. The buffet breakfast was superb, left us full charged for an active day ahead. The underwater aquarium view restaurant was fine dining and presentation at its best. As well the aqua park, which is where we spent most of the day with my daughter. However the real disappointment was the lack of attention to detail, as I had requested a birthday cake to be delivered to the room on my sons birthday, which was totally missed, for which we got a hand shake and an apology. Which I felt was the whole point that should have been the focused on by the Atlantis team. The culmination of all these factors lead me to a 3 star rating at best. More work needed to reach 5 stars. All in all still the best resort hotel in dubai•
