Beskriv at man ikke bor i Dubai men i emiratet Ajman. og der er pænt langt til Dubai. Når man ikke kender det i forvejen, kan det være misvisende med kort til centrum.

All inclusive var utroligt godt. Det var ikke kun lokale drikkevare, men fx Carlsberg og Corona. Der udover var der meget lækkert og varieret mad i restauranten. Personalet var helt fantastiske og meget hjælpsomme. Shuttlebus til Dubai.

Skønt feriested

Skønt hotel med en god service og hjælpsomt personale. Et lille minus er det sparsomme udvalg til morgenmad. Stort plus til SAFI restauranten, med lækket udvalg af kød og fisk. Personale fantastisk. Strand og pool perfekt - meget rolig selvom der var fuld booket. Området uden for hotellet er ikke af de skønneste, men tag en taxi og kør ud i området. 50 m fra hotellet ligger Oscar med stort udvalg af øl, vin og spiritus til rimelige priser

Luksus hotel

Hotellet er perfekt. Vi blev modtaget med en friskpresset juice og venligt personale. Store værelser med kæmpe badeværelse med både bruser og badekar. Eneste minus var at værelset var vendt mod vejen og om natten var der larm. Ellers super lækker morgenmadsbuffet og transport til Dubai Mall hver dag

New year experience

From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty , this is an amaxing Hotel . The rooms are beautiful and the service second to none . We spent a lot of our time on the beach and in the warm sea water . What a way to spend our New Years Break . New Year’s Eve was totally amaxing . Set up outside at the pool area and the detail of service and the fantastic food was enhanced by amazing music and dancers tha5 kept us entertained . When it seems to be slowing down we had fire works that lit up the whole area . Thank you to all the team .

In summary, the hotel especially the food didn't live up to our expectations and certainly wasn't 5 star in our opinion.

The hotel staff were very helpful and the room was nice. The beach for the hotel was lovely, the sea was crystal clear and the weather was great but the location was poor - unsafe outside the hotel, an unsightly industrial area and the adjoining beaches were being used as a rubbish tip / dumping ground and this was sad to see / not what you expect to find close to a 5 star environment. The food in the all inclusive restaurant wasn't very good so on an evening we had to resort to paying extra to eat in the steak house restaurant which was a little annoying having already paid for the all inclusive option. Also "all inclusive" should mean "all inclusive" but silly things were excluded such as the mini bar and items from the coffee bar . We were very disappointed that smoking tobacco and / or shisha was allowed in the beach restaurant, the arabic restaurant and in the bar so we could not use them. The food for the New Years Eve gala was very, very poor [cold and under cooked] so we left it half way through in favour of a bowl of peanuts in the lobby. The birds were out of control at the outdoor dining area and would quite often steal food from peoples plates. In summary, the hotel especially the food didn't live up to our expectations and certainly wasn't 5 star in our opinion. Therefore, because of this and the other items we have mentioned we would not recommend this hotel.

good hotel with one drawback

The territory of the hotel is ok. The hotel's location is excellent, near the promenade area where you can take a walk. The rooms are well equipped, quality cleaning. Food was really good, especially The Steak house restaurant in the hotel . It was very tasty with excellent service, I advise you to visit that restaurant. The hotel has its own beach, access to the sea, comfortable sun beds, I liked the adult jacuzzi pool. But one moment ruined our vacation. The general manager of the fur coat store, which is located in the hotel building, Amina, behaved very incorrectly. She prevented relaxation in the beach: she constantly approached and obsessively demanded that we go to some shops to look at fur coats. She did not respond to polite refusals. This behavior is not acceptable for a 5 * hotel. Hotel administration needs to take action!
