Bad hotel. Ever
I have had bad experience with this hotel every. No experience at all Services zerrrro. We payed 400 omani rial for 4 night very very bad service. Not professional at all The hotel is not recommended at all Very expensive hotel for bad services
Terrible hotel with 5 star ! Miserable
booked for a week but they made 1 night confirmation! and I’m thankful to their Mistake because this hotel is disaster!!! I arrived 10 pm at night and left next morning! Untrained and unprofessional staff, So Rude specially OSAMA Egyptian clerk When I asked him to correct my booking or I have to leave٫ he told me you can take your suitcase and leave!!! At 10 pm night ( I’m a girl traveling alone and this was his best solution to show me the door ! Talking to their manager didn’t solve anything as he just said I’m sorry system is closed !!! *Very Important **** -There was a dust bin full of pad and bloods tissues left in my bathroom from previous guest! UNBELIEVABLE - Very Old and dirty furniture - Lot of mosquitoes in room - Tv had only 1 channel as all of frequencies was showing mbc bollywood ! - Coffe machine wasn’t working All the bars and activities which mentioned in booking are closed Everything is rusted and dirty indoor and outdoor The most disgusting part of this hotel is their Mini zoo ! Totally animal abuse !!! Horrible! This hotel deserves less than 1 star ! I doubt ppl who made reviews and were happy there , have ever been in more than 3 star hotels !!! Appreciate your time and money and energy and don’t waste it in this hotel’s rooms ! Very very disappointing and
I wanted to really recommend the breakfast and the personal working in the adjacent restaurant, Mr. Hussain, the manager, went out and about to make our experience great. He went on asking the chef to prepare something that was not in the buffet, the personal was always attending our requests and cleaning the table straight away, everything was clean and up ro scale.
Untrained and unprofessional reception
I stayed in room 202 on the 29th July and wanted to make a coffee using their machine, but unfortunately a stinky water came out. We complained-to the reception. The way the responded to us and the way they spoke to us shows how untrained they are. No apologies to us. They justified that “it is a machine and it can brake like any other machine “ . For a 5 star hotel it is a shame to respond to a guest in this way. They didn’t consider it as a health issue. They even respond that they have a doctor if something happened to us when we addressed the health issue. Unacceptable at all how they treat the guests.
Looks not bad but expensive and need maintenance
The location is nice how the cleanses is low compared to the pric, we found alot of mosquitos and other insects also no suitable car parks as we found an empty parking far away from the hotel. Also the coffee machine is not clean and has bad smell
