Relaxed and friendly

I stayed here with my wife and two daughters for one week. We stayed in one of the villas (no52). The villa was spacious and aircon etc worked well. Some of the furnishings were a little dated but we spent only a small time in the villa. The breakfast/ bar / seating area was very nice and confortable, staff (especially Dimitri who was a top man ) were all very nice and friendly. Food was of good quality especially the breakfasts. Only thing that could be improved is the pool area could be bigger, seemed as though there was not quite enough room at times.

Amazing

Can't recommend this place highly enough. Lovely staff, lovely breakfast, amazing accomodation. Costas and the team were really helpful and accomodating. Parga is a great resort,busy in August but the old town is very pretty and the kids loved the beach.

Terrible beds you cannot sleep in

Terrible beds! Our room’s bed had only one mattress without any top mattresses. We arrived by night, so first night was sleepless due to the hard rock bed. We asked several days (4) for a replacement to be able to sleep, but got nothing. We used pain relievers and pain gel’s in order to get some sleep. We were very disappointed with the hotel’s customer service level. I don’t know was our room the only exception, but due to this occasion I cannot recommend this hotel. Overall the hotel had a beautiful view and okay breakfast with 4 variation’s to choose. Location with the short walk to the city center was very good. Daily tansportation to Valtos beach was good, where we spent a beach day with holidays best beds with top mattresses. Sadly though they were sun beds and we could not bring them along to our hotel.

Fabulous

Fabulous property. All the staff are amazing. Dimitris in particular always there at breakfast with a smile. Spotlessly clean accommodation. A few steps up to higher rooms so if you have any mobility problems it might be an issue. There are rooms on lower levels too. Beautiful views. Quite a few cats around the grounds....be sure to take some dreamies for them!! 😁

Best place!!

Everything was great, rooms, pool, food..Breakfest was sooooo Good. Views are amazing. Staff was helpful and kind. Hotel is up on the mountain, but it is worth climbing. Clean and pretty place, I have absolutely nothing to complain. Best vacation ever.
