Lækkert hotel.

Et overordenligt lækkert hotel med gæstens behov i centrum og man føler sig værdsat. En ubeskrivelig smuk solnedgang som kan nydes på taget med en drink eller cocktail i godt selskab med sin partner. Absolut anbefalesværdigt hotel som er rent og flot.

Et særdeles dejlig hotel, med en placering hel tæt på havet omgivet af bjerg. Professionelt personale søge for at alting fungere og de forstår at yde en service som gør du føler dig forkælet på den gode måde. Et sted med charme og sjæl, som virkelig kan anbefales

Bedste hotel med topklasse service

Fantastisk hotel, beliggende direkte på stranden. Super flot og renoveret hotel og total rent overalt. Dejlig pool og lækker strand. Maden var i topklasse. Men det ellerbedste er personalet og den service de leverer. Alle er super smilende og søde og gør alt hvad de kan få at hjælpe dig. Bedste service vi nogensinde har oplevet og klart et af de allerbedste hoteller som vi helt sikkert vil besøge igen.

Meget lækkert hotel

Helt fantastisk hotel. Utrolig rent og pænt. Virkelig god service og meget servicemindet personale. Vi havde en fantastisk uge med vores 3 børn. Morgenmaden var rigtig lækker, med friskpresset juice og mange lækre retter. Meget smukt placeret lige ude til vandet. Kan varmt anbefale dette hotel. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage.

Exceptional service from a dedicated team

For my first visit to Greece I wanted somewhere special. The Kantouni beach hotel delivered - not only from the perspective of the hotel infrastructure and location - which we could see for ourselves from the blurb and the extraordinary number of online 5-star reviews - but the intangible aspects (vitally important for a great holiday) namely the staff. The staff at Kantouni Beach are in my opinion the best all round team I have ever had the pleasure to encounter. We had a medical issue & a local pharmacy was called to see if they could dispense an anti-biotic prescribed from home - not a problem, and they arranged an excellent round island tour-guide who showed us sites and experiences we would never have found for ourselves. Bar staff also recommended a hop over to Telendos which was fun. It would be impossible to single any one individual - because in doing so I would be omitting many others who deserve acknowledgement. Suffice to say everyone from cleaning staff, maintenance, pool-side, bar, restaurant to the management team was dedicated to making all guest experience as good as it possibly could be. Before anyone imagines I’m on the payroll, we had a couple of niggles which were acknowledged and acted upon straight away: 1. Our sunset room turned out to be on the ground floor (an oversight on the website which implies these rooms are first floor - all pictures are of the room immediately above - we feel this should be addressed so people can express a preference). They tried to juggle to allow us to move to the upper room, but it was not possible. We suggested maybe some curtains as a privacy measure - and within 2 days they were made, delivered (from Kos) and fitted. They made an appreciable difference by offering privacy most of the time on 2 of the 3 exposed sides. 2. The steps from the decking area to the beach were rather irregular and being at the older end of the age range (a combined 150) we and others had to hold onto the wall on the way down / up (especially after visiting local tavernas who kept topping up our wine!). The suggestion made and accepted as a sensible safety measure - and 4 days later we saw 2 workmen fit the handrail. It’s a bit short at the top - but I gather that the owners didn’t want the instagram photos from the pool area to be spoiled! I reckon about half the people we saw using the stairs held onto the rail - so hopefully a worthwhile suggestion. We didn’t have the heart to raise another query - namely lack of cloths storage space / hooks - which like many hotels around the word seem to be designed for short stays! The point being - both suggestions we made were accepted and acted upon there and then, and we saw them installed while we were there, outstanding customer service! There are so many great service touches - bottled water delivered almost as you sit down on the sun beds, fruit skewers late morning and shots around lunch time. Food was very good, and reasonably priced for a quality hotel. There’s an excellent selection at breakfast (and eggs cooked to order if you ask) lunches pretty substantial (after a couple of days we asked for one dish & 2 plates - eg club sandwich and burgers) and plenty of choice in the evening. Personally after 2 weeks there - it would have been good to have an occasional special to vary things. But there are several Tavernas within 10 minutes for a different experience. We accepted a challenge from our family to sample all the cocktails - superb! All in all a great relaxing break - in an excellent hotel - considerably enhanced by the superb staff.(incidentally we reckon nobody had a day off the 2 weeks we were there - dedication or early season!?)
