Amazing holiday
It’s an amazing holiday and it was a the right place to go looking for relaxing time. The hotel is very pretty, it’s a small hotel and it was ideal for relaxing. The staff is very kind and they work very hard to make sure all customers are happy. The reception is so small but you feel the warmth from the welcoming staff. The room is little bit old but it’s clean and the room boy was very helpful. The restaurant is very nice with great view , the staff is working very hard and serve us always with smile. Mohamed the restaurant manager is welcoming, the barkeeper is walking in the sun the whole day to print us the drinks and to everyone. The food is tasty (needs more variety but the managers are there to offer any other food not in the menu) Special thanks to mister Aiman for his caring and his hospitality. We recommended this hotel

Most amazing and relaxing visit
The staff is just wonderful, and we were able to enjoy every second of the stay. Especially the front desk manager and the chef's staff deserve extra mention... they really went above and beyond. We heartily recommend a visit!

Wonderful stay
We stayed at Shams Prestige Resort. It Was wonderful. Very very Kind Staff, great beach on Front of the hotel and great food. Highly recommended. Rooms are little bit old but doesn't matter. Everything you need you will find there for a relaxing time out. We had a great stay. Also I recommend sea star aqua center next to diving Center. Great Trips like snokerling or fishing. Ask for Mohamed Nemo. Best guide ever!

Expected More
Wish there was food available at all times. Very few alcoholic drink choices. My biggest issue was being seated next to people who smoked during meals. Constantly surrounded by smokers even sitting by the pool. I did enjoy the intimate dinner atmosphere. Bed was very hard.

Quiet and relaxing. Superb staff.
A perfect hotel for a quiet and relaxing holiday with a hotel staff who were always there to make your stay that much better. Egypt is hard to beat for hospitality and value for money but this hotel excels. A clean, long beach with plenty of sunbeds and great sea and mountain views. A local, well run dive centre and wind surfing centre along with the use of the neighbouring well equipped spa and also neighbouring hotels gives you even more options. The infinity pool is a good size and is lined with sun loungers and has a small bar for drinks, ice cream and snacks brought to your sun bed. No loud music and being an adults only hotel make this hotel stand out for peace and quiet.
