Rigtig dejligt familie hotel

Rigtig fint hotel tæt på alt ... shopping, strand eller natteliv. Gode store værelser. God ro og orden på hotellet. Personalet taler fint engelsk - også rengøringspersonalet. Maden var rigtig fin og varieret. Det eneste negative er mangel på trådløs netværk.

Godt hotel

Et dejligt hotel med en god placering, lige ved den dejlige badestrand og tæt på Blomstergaden. Dejlige store værelser, god mad, dog lidt ensformigt, og god service. Det bedste er pool området med masser af liggestole og parasoller. Eneste negative er deres trådløse netværk. Det kan de ikke være bekendt. Der er næsten aldrig forbindelse. Vær opmærksom på, at 2 liggestole og 1 parasol ved stranden koster ca. 100 dkr. pr. dag. Leif

Some rude staff

The hotel is beautiful ,the location is fantastic.Right on the beach.A majority of staff are OK however you can quote clearly see some of them don't actually want to be there The lady on reception is rude,arrogant and very unprofessional.One of the guys who works in the main eating area walks around and looks at everyone like he wants to kill them and they are a hindrance actually being there.A shame these two in particular spoilt what was actually a good holiday.Be careful of the drinks in your fridge as if you use any you get charged,that's fair enough but despite only having 3 drinks at a cost of 5-50 LVthey tried to charge me 20 LV for them.If there was a change of staff I would consider going back but I doubt that will happen.If you want a Job in customer services it's always best to actually like people.

Early season break to relax some old bones.

Early season holiday for 11 nights at the Neptun Beach hotel in Sunny Beach. The hotel is superbly located for access to the beach and nearby amenities. The rooms are well maintained and clean. The food has plenty of variety and is of a good standard. My only advice is that you should use the stairs as much as possible because once you start on the deserts your weight will sky rocket, fortunately I had a room on the seventh floor so only gained a kilo during my stay. My favourite part of the holiday was the massage I received from Elena. I went three times during my stay for an hour sports massage during which time she alleviated the pain in my sore shoulder, neck and calf. Even if you don’t have an ailment I would recommend taking stress relief massage, it’s so relaxing. I enjoyed my time at the Neptun and would recommend it for anyone going to Sunny Beach.

Family holiday

We have just got back from a lovely week at this hotel. The food is lovely, so much choice. The pizza was amazing and also the ice cream. The area is lovely and clean. Beach is right outside and their is shops 2 minute walk away beach side and also few shops at the front of the hotel. 5 minute way away from flower street which is handy. We spent a lot of time in the park, the kids loved it! Cocktails on the terrace in the afternoon was lovely, and all the cocktails tasted beautiful. All staff are friendly and helpful, little language barrier but can understand. Would def go back to this hotel…
