Virkelig godt

Skønt lille hotel og samtidig alt hvad man har brug for. Dejligt poolområde, rent vand uden for meget klor . skønne store værelser , rent og pænt og velholdt overalt . Har Halvpension med morgenmad og hvor man selv kan vælge hver dag om man vil have aftensmad eller frokost -og hvilket tidspunkt man ønsker det. Man kan spise ved poolen eller i restauranten som man ønsker - de dækker bare op til en. Venligt imødekommende personale . Fin udsigt og lige ved Strandpromenaden. Value for money .

VILA DURAKU 4+ review

We have stayed in the hotel from 4th till 11th of September. We booked Standard Pool View room. However, we were settled in the number with the view at the ledger (no soap, shampoo, glasses, kettle and TV was not working). In course of 3 days we were declined to change the room we have booked and paid. On the 4th day we moved to the appropriate room. transfer to the airport was paid and booked. However hotel staff declined to provide any information and was as lazy as hell. We found out needed info only through our travel operator, despite the fact it should be provided at the reception. Provided services did not correspond to 4 stars. 2 stars max. The hotel staff should be fired as professionally unfit. There was also fungus on the walls in the rooms. We do not recommend this hotel as services frustrated us.

The hotel is Nice, but staff are very bad at english, internet does not work on other Then The first floor, aircondition works half of The time, and breakfast is boring and missing some selection, and there is alot of loud Music outside

Excellent

Lovely hotel. Very modern. Staff are really friendly and very professional. Breakfast was more than great, had lots of choice. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and extremely clean and comfortable. GREAT LOCATION. Highly recommended.

Not convinced, but it has potential (?)

We stayed, in my opinion, pricey (Albanien measures), small 2-bed room, too small for 2 persons with luggage, that didn’t have a balcony. The staff is quiet and and doesn’t really interact with the guests - no smiles or hellos. We got the room from booking and I definitely recommend everyone to pay from the website as the hotel doesn’t accept card payments. The breakfast was mediocre, one of friends even got a moldy yogurt twice. The hotel is well located in the city close to beaches and restaurants and there is potential on this hotel as it is a big beautiful hotel on the outside and the public areas. But for now it’s second-rate and I hade a much better stay at a different hotel close to this, with better rooms and cheaper price.
